The service the rental company provided was very good. Very nice people and helpful. The unit needs the kitchen/bathes updated, the furniture was dirty, and windows/windows treatments need updating but the unit was nicely decorated. The unit was a nice size being 2 bed, 2 bath. The location is excellent close to groceries, drug stores and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We loved having the pool, tennis courts and aMI trolly service available.

We enjoyed the 305 condo stay. It is quite large and everything worked well. We had one small faucet issue and after a phone call, the management team had it fixed right away! The pool was very nice and maintained. The dock out in back was wonderful. The Publix grocery and Walgreens was directly across the street. The trolley stop was at the entrance. Cars were parked under cover at a reserved location. The beach was a ten minute walk away, which was the only inconvenience. We would stay again at the same room.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunbow tremendously. The unit we rented was clean and had charm. We had all we needed for our week long stay with our two little boys. We loved being so close to the beach, and having easy access to the trolleys to enjoy the various restaurants in the area. We really had a great vacation and I would surely stay there again.
