Seacrest II Condo, Unit #4 at 3703 5th Avenue in Holmes Beach, is a very comfortably furnished and recently updated unit in a smaller complex, just a few short steps to the beach and located out of the way on a dead end street. Seacrest offers a heated pool, and every amenity to make your stay here a comfortable one. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or in the private, nicely landscaped picnic area. This is our families 10th visit to the Holmes Beach/Anna Marie Island area. Our experience with Island Vacation Properties has been the best and we always rent property in the same area of the island. The ocean and beach is breathtaking and short walk from the condo. Shopping could not be more convenient. Publix grocery, Ace Hardware, a drug store, beach clothing store and much more only a block behind these units. Best of all, it's a relaxed area. The only sounds are the gulls and voices of people enjoying their pools and laughter.
Island Vacation Properties has the greatest selection of vacation spots to choose from and best pricing.
The only negative comment:
The Seacrest II. #4 had a problem with the air conditioner. The temperature was 79 degrees inside condo most of the week. Service people checked twice but the problem continued.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and airiness of the unit and the close proximity to the beach. The pool is small but it wasn't a problem. The few number of units in the complex made our stay cozy. The three little terraces added to the places comfort. We were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't plan on using the sleeper sofa though it wasn't comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the unit.

It was a wonderful stay !!! My husband and 2 13 year old boys and I stayed for 10 nights. It was close enough to walk to the beach, grocery store, the cafe on the beach and the trolly stop. It was so peaceful and quiet here... sitting on the 2 screened porches was delightful.

Every year my three grandchildren and I go somewhere warm for Spring Break. The last 3 years, we have enjoyed the beauty and restfulness of Anna Maria Island in Florida. Our stay at Seacrest II was delightful! The condo was clean and bright with lots of room for all of us. I thoroughly enjoyed the master bedroom with the wonderful walk in shower with shower heads at each end. We were in short walking distance to the grocery store, the beach and the trolley. Evenings on the screened in lanais were super! Those who wanted to play cards or games, gathered on the larger lanai, while others who just wanted to visit and talk, took advantage of the smaller one on the other side of condo. The furnishings were tasteful and inviting, the appliances all worked and the washer/dryer were most helpful! We tried to stay there again this year, but the condo was already booked. I would highly recommend this condo.
