this condo was clean, comfortable and like a home away from home. the location is near publix, walgreens, etc. and right on the beach. covered parking was nice and using the elevators at check in/out made it easy. would definitely stay again although would love for them to upgrade the bedroom televisions:)

Hotel room was spacious and clean with microwave and fridge. Staff was extremely helpful with tips on what was happening,where to eat or rental places for kayaks etc. Beach was a very short walk just across the street. Anna Maria island is a beautiful quite and relaxing place to just relax and enjoy the tranquility . It is not a party island for Spring Breakers!

This is an excellent unit with a great view of the Ocean and Beach. the only negatives were no beach towels in the unit. and the air Cond. was not on so it took 2 hours + to cool the unit . Flying in from California it would have been nice to find a cool unit.

Beautiful beach area and excellent location. Close to stores, Skinnys (bar) and the public beach for the pancake breakfast. You will love this location.
