Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Building was great. Condo was clean. Pool was fantastic. We brought both my parents and my husbands parents along and they both loved it as well.

Hi,
we have been there for 2 weeks in oct 2011. The flat was very very clean and nicely made up.
The pool and sourroundiggs are almost perfect except the noise from the pool heater in front of the flat is bad. Once it swiches off you feel the relief. Then there is the noise from the upstairs neighbours. You can hear them beeing on the toilet, showering and walking from room to room. You can even thell where (what room) they are in, at the moment.
Is was very clean, the cichen had everything wee needed.The Cleaning as well as the rental Staff was very very nice and competent.

The service we received from Island Vacation Properties was great! They are very friendly and organized. I totally recommend them for finding anyone a vacation rental.
I liked the condo it was very nice with lots of space. The condo had everything we needed such as kitchen supplies/gadgets, bathroom towels along with beach towels and beach chairs. The location was great because of the pool and we could walk across over to the beach when we wanted. It was also nice having a gas grill.
My only dislike about about unit #1 was the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. They are not the best beds to be sleeping in during your vacation.
Overall I would totally recommend this location but I would recommend a more updated unit.
Our friends stayed in a 1 bedroom unit #6 at this location and it was beautifully updated with a comfy king bed and a great ocean view!Response from Island Vacation Properties, LLC - 08/04/2009

AMI beach place is a great place to stay when you wanna be close to the beach. The home is quite ok but the pool and the beach beeing so close really makes this a preffred place to stay on AMI
