Palm Cay 5 located at 3000 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach is a very spacious three bedroom, two bath town home located west of Gulf Drive for easy beach access. The complex features a very large heated pool and onsite laundry room. The complex is about one half block to the beach and is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the rental property! It was very rencently renovated and the owners must take pride in their property, as they have selected stunning appointments, materials, and finishes for the unit, certainly blowing the majority of its competitors out of the water since most investors merely choose the cheapest and standard "rental" quality materials and finishes. The property is very spacious, steps to the beach down the side street, convenient to shops and restaurants (walking distance) and close to the grocery store. The condominium association "palm cay" is a nice, well kept facility. We specifically liked that it was a small, quaint and quiet building, and during our particular stay, we actually felt as if we had the whole property to ourselves as we only encountered two other people that we learned were very pleasant owners of another unit. The pool was a mere 7 steps from our door and our kids loved it! The rental unit was well equipped for a vacation at the beach, including a baby gate for the stairs, which we found to be very helpful! Overall, we could not have asked for more, and we intend to rent it again next year for sure!
