We were 2 families with young children. The accomodations were large enough that noone got in anyone's way. Island rental's were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Thanks to Sara and Liz. The pool was warm and clean. The beach was nice, clean and the ocean was perfect. I would recommend for a family vacation or reunion. Perfect for youg children.

La Plage 03 is a great beach front unit on anna Maria Island . This 4 BR unit is nicely furnished and well kept. The only improvements that I would recommend is to update the outdoor cushioned patio furniture. Also the DVD player on the NaD aV unit is not working .

La Plage 03 is a beautiful home...love the furniture and decorations. It is equipped with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. My main complaint is that it was not very clean...the floor was filthy; especially the bedroom rugs and the fans were dirty too. Also, there was broken glass on the kitchen counter and floor. The parking is very tight. We also had a problem with the elevator, four people in my party were trapped in the elevator with their luggage... after they got out, they had to carry all of their items up 3 flights. Finally, we didn't appreciate the staff cutting the palms trees at 7:00 am...ridiculous for a vacation rental!

Another fabulous vacation at the beach in anna Maria. This is the fifth year we have vacationed in anna Maria and the second year we have rented this condo. Island Vacation Properties alwaays make sure that it is an excellent experience. Very spacious and elegant condo. The only feedback I have is to add a coffee maker with a timer/auto shut-off and a counter high vanity stool for the master bath. We definitely will be back next year!

This condo was great! we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Everything was well stocked and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and we so appreciated that!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Out trip was a birthday celebration among friends. So having the 4br/3baths for 8 worked out wonderfully. The condo is beautiful and the location is great.
Our only problem was figuring out the garage openers and then the code for the gate at the pool. We had 3 garage openers and none worked. We only parked once in the garage after somebody got out in the pouring rain to open from the inside.
Thankfully when we went to the pool another tenant told us the code for the gate to the beach. The elevator did not work on our last day we had to take our luggage down 2 flights of stairs.
