We had a really lovely stay on anna Maria Island, and in particular, a great stay in Breakers 3. The house was perfectly located for us - a short walk or drive to supermarkets and shops, and a stroll away from the beach cafe - but far enough away from everyone to feel we had our own private beach. The house was comfortable and fantastically well equipped for home catering - and the views and sea sunsets and beach walks were sublime. We would go again!

Having never been to anna Marie Island I had no idea what to expect ... what a wonderful vacation spot! Breakers 3 is a lovely, sparkling clean, oceanfront condo. The furnishings are stylish and nice ... the beds comfortable and the linens plentiful. We prepared gourmet meals and the kitchen was well equipped ... with space for several people to work together and still be part of the group.
The real treat is the easy access to the beach and those incredible sunsets ... or sit on the deck and watch your private show!
I will be returning ... -

This was a very well appointed home designed for guest comfort. All needed items were supplied from kitchen equipment, dining needs, sleeping needs and beach needs. On top of that, the owner went to great lengths to make sure that the home was appealing and comfortable for guests. Great value! Highly recommend!

This is the second time my friends and I stayed at Breakers 3 for a girls' getaway, and it just gets better! The location is wonderful if you like the beach and beautiful sunsets. Everything about the home worked beautifully- from the kitchen with just about every utensil you can think of and which was remodeled since our last visit (gorgeous!), to showers with lots of water pressure and luxurious towels. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable- 2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds; the lower ones were double beds, the uppers were twins. There was plenty of closet space and hangers. The furniture is comfortable and elegant (also new!). There were even candles to provide atmosphere during dinner. Although there are other homes nearby, it was private, never noisy and felt very safe. The beach has great sand and goes for miles. On the weekends it was a little busier but the weekdays we pretty much had our own personal beach. Did I mention the fantastic sunsets? I highly recommend Breakers 3 for families, girls' getaway, or up to 3 couples. It wouldn't be good for someone in a wheelchair or who has challenges with stairs, and you need a car if you want to see the island. The deck has a gate so would be kid friendly and is the whole length of the house. The grocery store is about 5 blocks away. What more can I say? I hope we do it again next year!

I just spent a fabulous week at Breakers 3! It has everything - a perfect location, right on the big white sandy beach. And it also has a private backyard for barbecuing - and a deck that overlooks it all. It's exceptional to have both beach and privacy. If we were inside, the living room and dining room also gave us incredible views of the beach and the sunsets.
The house is very clean, comfortable, and all updated. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked and new - we had everything we needed and more. The location is so convenient, we even rode the island trolley which stops a few blocks away. Breakers 3 is a marvelous find and I would highly recommend staying there. We have vacationed on anna Maria Island and Longboat Key once or twice a year since 1988, and have just finished our second stay at Breakers 3 this year. This is a super nice private beachfront home that is close to everything, and with plenty of room. The kitchen is recently renovated and is fully furnished, and a deck runs across the entire front. It is located on a quiet sidestreet. It is kept very clean and nice by the housekeeper and is the perfect place for a nice beach getaway.

This is our favorite property in Florida, if not North america ! We just finished our third visit there using it to accomodate our married children and grandchildren for a glorious vacation on the Gulf. Breakers III is spacious, with a great great room concept including a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and ample cupboards housing a well-stocked inventoryt of everything you could possibly need to enjoy the stay. But, the best part is looking out from the house and kid-safe deck to the wonderful gulf views and spectacular sunsets. 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry space means you never have to leave the property except for the quick 3 minute drive to the nearby Publix ! The white sands are only steps away, and a great little beachside restaurant is a five minute walk down the beach (barefeet welcome). Anna Maria is the Florida secret: no highrises, no fast food chains - just charm, charm, and charm. We are already planning trip #4.

Breakers 3 is a wonderful home on the beach. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen has everything you would need. Loved the white sandy beach, perfect for long walks. My favorite part was to take beach chairs down to the beach and watch the sunsets. Out of this world!!
I loved the Island, we must keep this Island a secret!! This is the perfect spot for a family to rent or a girls get away week. -

We had a girls reunion at Breakers 3 in January. When the 4 of us arrived the place was in pristine condition. The attention to detail was remarkable. This isn't just a beach house; it's a lovely lovely home. There were candles for setting the mood, glasses for wine, marguaritas, or juice as well as placemats and matching napkins and lovely lush bath towels. The kitchen is a cook's dream. I'm used to pretty basic features in the kitchen when I rent a place but this had everything we needed- even a meat thermometer!
The location is fantastic! Right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening but the house is set back enough that we felt like we had quite a private place of our own. Two of the gals walked the beach each day but I'm not sure how far they actually walked because there's a lovely little restaurant not far and they kept mentioning it. (:
The furniture is comfortable and appealing. The outside furniture is attractive Adirondack chairs of pastel colors- very Florida and charming. The owner obviously takes pride in her place. This is a great home for a family, three couples or a girls' getaway. There's a master (king) bed and bath, two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other can sleep four people with two bunkbeds-two of us stayed in the lower bunks, and they were very comfortable. Another bathroom is near those two bedrooms. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room from which you can watch the beach and the setting sun. There are laundry facilities just off the living room. There was plenty of closet space and hangers.
I think you need a car if you're there. We drove somewhere everyday seeing the island.
I highly recommend Breakers 3!

Just had a wonderful vacation experience on Anna Maria Island.
This rental home provided everything we could expect and more – I was
impressed by the attention to cleanliness, updated décor, comfortable
furnishings, comfortable beds, and a beautifully stocked kitchen . Even huge
candles on the dining table to add to our experience!
The owner provided great beach chairs for watching the amazing sunsets and
a heater to enjoy outdoor conversation in the evening. The location on the
island was a wonderful quiet area of beachfront with soft white sandy beach.
We could walk for miles and even stopped at a fun restaurant on the beach for
breakfast.
This home is very spacious and could easily host several families – next time I
hope to bring our children and families. I will certainly return!
All in all, it was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it. In hotel
terms, it was a 5 star all the way!!!
