Aside from the beauty of the island and the perfect weather we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Bungalo #4 was beyond words. We loved the decor, it was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We would book it again if we happen to find ourselves heading back to anna Maria.

Island Vacation Properties gave us great advice in finding the right rental for our needs. Anna Cabana Bungalow #4 is a great location; close the beach and the Island's famous Skinny's burger joint. A spacious family room allows plenty of comfort during your stay. We've stayed her three years in a row...That speaks volumes!

We usually deal with Sara, and she is always very prompt in answering our questions, and works any issues out that we may have quickly. Thank you Sara. We have rented through IVP for five years. We have found their staff and service provided to be of a high calibre. Our current rental provides us with easy access to the beach, a large inviting outdoor patio and BBQ area and a comfortable, well-equipped bungalow with all the necessary amenities, including in-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, wi-fi, three Tv's etc. The quiet residential area with close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy and various restaurants make it a prime location.

This is a great property. It has everything you need in it, and clearly someone has been very thoughtful about all the household stuff. It is bright and clean and comfy. We have stayed twice and will be back next year. The rental agency is polite and terrific.

We really enjoyed our stay at bungalow #4. The house was decorated very nice, the beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice as well! Very close to the beach, not even a 2 minute walk! The outside patio was great. The house was stocked with all the necessities we needed even though we brought our own. My husband and I stayed with his parents and our 2 children under the age of three and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Our visit to Anna Maria Island was made much more enjoyable because of our "Perfect " accomodations. The house was clean, with rooms and space for everyone to take their space and privacy when needed. Kitchen was well appointed with all we needed. The location was very peaceful and extremely relaxing with the beach just right across the road!Skinny's was walking distance. A Quiet neighborhood pub. We also utilized the hammock in the back yard. We are already making plans to reurn to Anna Cabana next year! Thanks to island vacation properties! our stay was Perfect
