Franks Beach House is a beautiful three bedroom, two bath direct Gulf front home located at 3212 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. It features a very large open deck facing the beach as well as a screened lanai for when you want a little shade. The expansive beach stretches for miles in either direction.This spacious and comfortable home is located on a secluded beach and has just undergone major renovations including all new cabinets with granite countertops; all new appliances in the kitchen; all new furniture, linens and electronics. We only rent single family homes directly on the beach for our vacations as it is what we love to do and where we want to be. We also live in this community so what we experience here is very important. This home is directly on the beach, great location. Interior is very nice and large enough for our crew of 2 adults and 4 teens. plenty of parking below the home which was something we really needed. I'm picky about cleanliness so I always take it upon myself to clean when we arrive since it can at times appear that some rentals are only cleaned by the family that just departed. That is not my issue, though when we arrived at this home - after the check in time - the garbage had not been removed from under the kitchen sink and there were diapers in it... not nice. I called and they sent someone over within the hour to take out the garbage, that was very nice and they were very apologetic. I take extra rugs to these rentals as they never seem to have enough to cover the areas you want, so take them; if they have not been updated since summer 2012, you'll definately want yours anyway. Biggest problem we experienced was upon our early rising one morning we discovered a gentlman sleeping directly under the home in the parking area where there is direct access to the home. My husband, who is generous and never fearful, covered him with one of our kid's beach towels as he slept and when he woke later in the morning, we discovered he had taken the towel. Nothing else that we could see was missing. This experience was surprising, and unnerving.

We had a wonderful stay at Franks Beach House. The house is beautiful and in a great location. All the amenities were there and the tall windows were great for watching the ocean from inside the house. We appreciated the chairs and water toys that were there for us to use on the beach.

Just kidding of course.
This is a wonderful home to rent. It is right on the Gulf and the sugar sand beach.
We have stayed here before and enjoyed the space it provided. Now it has been remodeled and so very nice and comfortable.

We loved this home! We have been coming to anna Maria from the UK for over 10 years and often try different houses. This one is remarkable. It stands on the beach facing the sea (not the bay side) and picture windows offer views that money just can't buy. The owners have done a fabulous job as it really is stunning, it has absolutely everything you would need, from the best stocked kitchen with food mixers - (its amazing how many don't even have a bottle opener) to flat screen Tv's in every room - ipod docking/charging stations - the works. We stumbled across a high chair in the basement and a toddlers life preserver and sit in body float so our daughter felt very safe in the water, while under the house is a box of children's beach toys so you wont need to spend a penny on entertainment. The deck is enormous and the patio furniture very comfortable. You can walk to the drugstore in 90 seconds and the supermarket easily. The washing machine broke during our stay and the rental agents were superb. It was looked at and replaced in less than 24 hours. Yes it is expensive but bearing in mind it sleeps 6 adults the cost is certainly bearable. The weather was perfect and the sea 83 degrees. That is such a draw to us Brits. We give it 5 stars and would love to return.

I found the beach house very nice, clean, private and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I especially like the beach and the view from the deck. It was very relaxing. Tastefully decorated and equiped with anything you micht need to prepare meals or entertain. I did find the sectional sofa very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV in the evening. No back support.

We have stayed at Frank's Beach house in the past because of the direct beach location. Now it has all been remodeled and upgraded to include tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Resort style accomodations!

It was a very nice house, well taken care of and located right on the beach. The deck was fantastic! Only let down was that there is only 1 shower in this unit. Great garden tub, but really needed 2nd shower. Overall nice experience.

Excellent location right on beautiful beach within walking distance of shopping center. The new deck is a great addition. Home is generously layed out, well equipped with dishes, cutlery, linens and blankets, as well as beach equipment. Home is older and has not been updated in recent years other than the deck. The couch is a back breaker.
