The Collier Cottage North side is an “Old Florida” style duplex located at 2910 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. This three bedroom two bath unit is on the west side of Gulf Drive and is an easy stroll to the beach without crossing any busy streets.It features a 24" television in the living room with a DVD and VCR. One bedroom has a 14” television. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided.The Collier Cottage North side is decorated in bright, festive colors and will sleep eight with a queen size bed, a trundle bed, two twin beds and sofa bed. Island Vacation Properties was a joy to work with. The people were tremendously patient and co-operative. The location of the cottage was not conducive to pets being right on the main road, but the cottage itself was very nice. It was large and spacious and certainly fit our needs. It is handy to the beach and centrally located for all of the island. We enjoyed the cottage, but its location stops us from re-renting.

We had a good vacation at this property. We just walked to the beach everyday. The unit is conveniently located close to shopping. There is good space for parking. The kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the internet but the office guys were very helpful. The check in and check out process was great. We recommend getting a better TV and setup the internet conveniently. The Internet equipment was disconnected and scattered in the floor so we needed to re-install. Upgrading the master bedroom's bed and get the property better cleaned would improve the experience. We could see dust in the aC system. The floor tile is slippery and not leveled throughout the property. My father in law fell due to this issue. We do not recommend this property to older renters and we will not return due to this hazard. We do recommend the property to younger renters who care about price. We thank Island Vacation Properties for being helpful during our stay.

Would absolutely return great space for relaxing. Living space is very confortable. Could use some newer bed linens and few more movies.

We enjoyed our stay in anna Maria Island! It was our 2nd year coming and plan on many more! The rental house was great and suited our needs for our stay. There were a couple of issues, but can easily be fixed. The kitchen needs a couple things to make it complete (small things), a set of bowls for leftovers, a pair of scissors, the hot water is extremely hot, could be truned down just a bit, you are able to open the door from the inside whether it is locked or not-we were locked out once and was charged a $25 lock out fee. That was unnecessary but easy to do when youa re not use to it! There was plenty of room for all of us (there was 5)The place can easily accomodate more! There is a patio out back w/ a table and small grill and there is a deck on frot with an outside shower, which was nice after the day on the sandy beach! The beach is a short (maybe 3 mins) walk down the rd and to the right there is a "jungle path" as my son liked to call it! :) It takes you straight to the ocean and that area is not very populated at all with people! Over all our stay was great and we would defanitly come back or recommend it to friends and family! Thanks Island Vacation Properties for the wonderful stay!

The house was bigger of what we were expecting, clean and cordial. Very close from the beach and from the island vacance properties. All people from Island vacance properties were very gentle and helful. It is not luxurus house but for the price, it was perfect. The only thing, i didn't like much: the dinning table as only 6 places and we were 8 peoples. I recommend this place, no bad surprise.

The cottage is close to the beach but there were some issues. The air conditioning had trouble keeping the cottage cool enough for us during the afternoon. Also, the living area needs some upgrading. Light switches and outlets need to be brought to wall surface and area along baseboard had some dry rot. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. Also, please check the temperature of the hot water heater - it was hot enough to scald - could be an issue with a child. The owner and rental agent were very cooperative about the ac and the owner appears to be trying to update the cottage. The beds were comfortable and the linens very nice. It was cozy but comfortable for the most part.
