The Bollinger Duplex is a very comfortably furnished and spacious duplex located at 6909 Gulf Drive, in the preferred, quiet area of northern Holmes Beach. This property is located about one-half block to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can walk for miles in either direction on the white, sandy beaches. The newly renovated property features a total of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. New upgrades include wireless high speed internet. We vacationed with friends, so a duplex was the perfect set-up. We could be together when we wanted or separate when we wanted. It was an obviously older unit, but very clean. Appliances were "newish". The one thing I disliked the most was the grill. I really wish it had been a gas grill. Buy a tank and leave it up to the guests to refill it. Or make guests put a refundable deposit down for a tank. We did a lot of grilling and a charcoal grill is such a time consumer.
