This private rental home is stylishly decorated with touches of both new and old Florida. everything was perfect from the time we got there, the service, the home, location. the attention to detail in regards as to what the house offers from umbrellas to bikes to the cart u guys offers to bring everything to the beach. we'll definitley come back...

The service received from island Real Estate was second to none from the moment we booked to the date of leaving. They made the entire process very easy and we will certainly be using them again.
The accomodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to out needs. The location is just perfect being a stone's throw from the wonderful beach and a short drive to the Island's many attractions and amenities.
it had been 20 years since my last visit to the Island and I am pleased to say that it remains one of the best locations for a holiday in the world. We will be returning again and again. -

What a great time we had on Anna Maria Island and what A GREAT house. We loved everything about the house. It is very large and very family friendly. All you need to bring is your swimsuits! Hope to stay here again real soon!

108 Willow Ave was an excellent vacation rental. Far more charming than the online photos reflected. We had everything we needed there to thoroughly enjoy our proximity to the beach and the surrounding area. It felt like we had borrowed someone's family cottage with generations of accumulated kitcheware (which could probably use some culling and updating) and a couple of bikes and some useful beach gear to borrow as well. Our kids loved the house and the beach is spectacular - we would definitely go back.

Nice cottage close to the beach - which was fantastic. The cottage was cosy and well equipped for us (family of five). The backyard could do with some fixing.

We have been vacationing at Anna Maria Island for the past 10+ years, and love it. The home we rented for 1 week was great for our family get together, cozy & cute. We wanted to be within walking distance to the beach, so the location was perfect. The photos & information I received from Island Real Estate, were accurate and the checkin process was easy. We have since been back and have another visit planned in Aug. The home was great for our party of 8, the street was quiet and the beach and sunsets are breathtaking.

Fabulous relaxing getaway!

The house on Willow Ave. was the cutest little house on the outside. Once you get inside, however you discover a very spacious home. The backyard was wonderful with a bbq, lawn chairs, and the most beautiful smelling flowering tree. It took us only 2 minutes to walk from the front door of the house to the clear warm water of the beach. The house was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need from cooking supplies to towels and beach accessories. I loved having the little red wagon to take the umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards to the white sand beach. Sunsets on Anna Maria are breathtaking. There was also a fantastic little ice cream shop within walking distance to the house as well. We took our children there every night. Walking in reminded me of the old ice cream parlors and candy shops I went to as a child. This was the best vacation we have ever had as a family and look forward to staying there again next year.
