On anna Maria Island, you hear a lot about visitors experiencing love at first sunset. By the time sun is setting on your first day, most people are hooked. But when you pull up the east side of this elevated vacation home at 131 White ave, it might be good old fashioned love at first sight. Languid palm trees sway in the balmy island air and a sprawling screened in lanai with fans sits opposite the poolside oasis you share with the west unit. There’s room for up to six guests in two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the east side; nine more can fit on the west side should you be traveling in a big group. More than enough room for families... or peacefully private enough for honeymooners, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better vacation property in anna Maria City.

The posh, upscale style indoors blends effortless into the lush, natural beauty outdoors making every inch of this vacation home a dream to be in. First thing you might notice upon entering is the living room’s 42” Plasma flat screen. We know it’s impressive, but don’t get too distracted. Open up the blinds in the living room and watch sunlight pour over the key lime pie color palette of the living room. When sunset does roll around, you’ll have a spectacular view of it and won’t be able to resist getting out and enjoying it on the screened in lanai.

Grill up steaks, veggies, and franks on the shared propane grill to enjoy with cold beer and soda at the picnic table. With full bellies and good company, you might spend all night stretched out and catching up on lounge chairs, free from any worries of mosquitos. Don’t forget this is one of our pet friendly properties, welcoming four legged members of the family with a deposit. At 25’ x 40’, the lanai offers more than enough space and safety for them to relax by your side.

Wait for a particularly quiet anna Maria Island night – when you can stand on the wooden, Key West style deck and see thousands of stars glistening overhead. Take a deep, relaxing breath and quiet your mind. That’s when you’ll hear the sea singing you a lullaby of crashing waves off in the distance.

You’ll never have a better night’s rest than between the sheets of the master bedroom king. Sink into sweet dreams and a cushy pillow top mattress pad; curl yourself up in light-as-air premium linens. Hotel quality towels are also found in both bedrooms, giving you a double dose of luxury to begin and end your days with. Please note, for longer stays we can make both bedrooms into sets of twins.

In addition, the Eternal Summer Surf Camp between July 4th and august 31st utilizes the garage space to store surf boards. Each Saturday they retrieve about 50 surf boards from Noon - 6 PM. Join in the fun and visit their Facebook page to sign up your children for the free Surf Camp!

  Very clean, attractive place, roomy and comfortable. Great location, we loved it. We were celebrating my husbands birthday there and had a great time. We swam, fished, kayaked, walked and ate at great restaurants.Got a little sunburned, but it was worth it. I havent had such a nice tan for years. :-)We could even bring our four legged family member with us. Thank you for that. She would have been lost without us. Had a great time, the beach is very close, restaurants are close, the island is beautiful. We would certainly go back and will. I got a great haircut at Salon and Salon, so we are going back there every time I need a haircut...Lol Go, you won't regret it.

  We struggled to find a suitable place that didn't cost us an arm or leg. We hit the nail on the head with this place. Although the pool is located on the West side, it is a shared pool...it made us somewhat uncomfortable at first, to move over there. The pool heater when we arrived was broken, but repaired by the third day, and the water really wasn't that cold anyway.
  
  We had some fire alarms continuously beep but the minute we called it in, they sent their very friendly and quick maintenance man out. He fixed them no problem.
  
  This house is roughly a block from the entrance of the beach. The particular street this house is located on is where a lot of locals go to surf...this area is about the only place on the island where surfing is possible...awesome stuff.
  
  Only problem about this place...the distance to all the restaurants (Other than the sandbar) is quiet a ways...takes about 15 minutes to drive to local shops. I really don't suggest walking south. Go north cut out to the beach and walk back...great walk.

  To all you future renters of this property. What a delight. We rented both sides of the unit and had plenty of space for everyone. The homes are very welcoming, all you need is your personal items and you're HOME.
  I had a week filled with great friends and family. What else could a girl ask for. When your husband rents you 2 beach houses for your 50th birthday live is Good.

  A gem

  We stayed here for 2.5 weeks in December 2009 with our 1-year old toddler. Great bedrooms, perfect living/kitchen combo. Clean, nice, easy. Pool for morning lounging, then 2 minutes to the beach for afternoon fun. And a 10-minute walk up the beach to Sandbar Cafe, for lunch and/or dinner with feet in sand. Would love to come back.

  Great service, always there at the right moment.
  extra clean and well present home.Lots and lots of towels.
  the most beautiful swimming pool of the neighborhood!
  Only one minute walking to the beach.
  
  There's not a lot of things to do with children around. This is a very quiet place. I would go back alone with my husband.
  The beach is incredible, no rocks sand only, with dolphins and manatee.

  Great location and lovely pool!

  We rented this home last minute, and were pleasantly surprised by the
  cleanliness and comfort of this newly renovated semi. The rooms were well
  appointed and we lacked for nothing as far as necessities were concerned.
  The washer and dryer for this unit was a little inconvenient, as it was under
  the house and had to be accessed by going down a flight of stairs and
  around the back of the property. This property would be perfect for two
  families renting as it comes with a shared pool that was located on the
  other property side. The pool was new and beautiful and the screened in
  lanai's on both sides were beautifully equipped with very comfortable
  seating and eating areas. We were lucky to have very friendly co-renters
  who's itinerary did not clash with ours, and we only were in the pool area
  together a couple of times. The pool was located down a flight of stairs
  which for us was no issue, but some might not like the stairs. The location
  to the beach was wonderful. A short stroll! The beach was beautiful...white
  sand and gorgeous blue ocean. This was one of our favourite Florida
  vacations. It filled all of our requirements plus the weather was perfect!
  
  The service provided through Island Real Estate was top notched and they
  were very accommodating to any inquiries we made before and during our
  stay. We would definitely return to Anna Maria Island in the future!!
