The location was just perfect,the kids loved the swimmingpool. The island is great. Everyone is relaxed, it's all nice and quit (wich is great when were the week before at Disney!!)

A short stroll to the Gulf or the Bay. Excellent amenities. Well-appointed accommodations quietly nestled away from the main thoroughfare. Exactly what my family wanted!

This is an excellent property a short walk from a beautiful beach with easy access to restaurants, shops but very quiet and peaceful. Inside there is plenty of room with comfortable furniture and good kitchen facilities. The pool is very small but makes a great place to sit and relax with a cocktail. I would definitely recommend it.

We arrived very late but keys were where we were told they would be and the home was easy to find at night.The house exceeded what we had anticipated by the size and what it contained ! How nice to have extras of everything ! Plus items left by previous guests,,,,books.movies,games,toys,and I could go on and on.......it was tidy ,clean and neat...super close to the perfect beach.....I want to be back there...... the most relaxing holiday...as quoted by my family of 30 year olds and 50 year olds...and 2 yr old...nobody bothering you perfect place for peace of mind oh did I forget to mention the telephone and free long distance? and the free cable? and the washer /dryer?the dishwaher? the bart=b=que? the bicycle? the gardener and pool man? Yep all included !Loved it !

We loved the property. So many personal touches. Well
maintained. The pool was just right. The air conditioner
seemed to emit a foul smell in the bedroom just inside from it.
The house might benefit from a clothes line to hang towels. We
will definitely keep it in mind for a future stay. -

Family Vacation

Our family spent a wonderful week at the Jacaranda house. There were four kids, ages 18 mo to 12 yrs and there was something for everyone from baby to Gram. We enjoyed having a pool (although it's not much larger than a hot tub) as well as being so close to the beach.
The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a small library of books for all ages. We enjoyed the lanai & screened porch where we just chilled or grilled after our days of swimming, snorkeling, fishing and a little relaxing.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even spices & a few unexpected staples were there waiting for us!
We recommend this rental to anyone! -

Relaxing getaway with family!

We had a wonderful time on the island. The home on Jacaranda Road made us feel like we were at home. Only a couple blocks from the Gulf. I highly recommend staying in a house instead of a hotel. More room, comfortable, greater amenities, and you can grill out on the back porch! Island Real Estate took wonderful care in getting us lined up to stay in this house and were very friendly when we got there. My family had a memorable vacation! Thank you! The Sheeley's-in Ohio

We have stayed at this house four times in the last three years and would love to go back every chance we get. It is beautiful, comfortable, clean and has all you need at a home away from home. The location is perfect: minutes from the beach but completely away from traffic. We will be back soon!
