So long as you have a place for to sleep, change out of your swimsuit and wash off the sand, then you have all it takes for a special holiday. Beach House Resort 4 is just such a spot. I was extremely pleased with my recent stay at the Beach House, Unit 4! Having booked it on-line, so basically at the whim of photos, I was very happy to find it better than the pictures described.
The folks at Island Real Estate were great, they even called to let me know I could check in early. The unit was immaculate, best I think I've seen in my 8 or so years of renting in Florida.
Anna Maria was terrific and the condo on the beach, literally right off the steps, made this a perfect vacation! Thank-you, Island Real Estate! Eric -

Great value with a fabulous location. Step off the stairs on to the sand. Will make an annual trip here for sure. Been going to this area for 5 years and this is the best yet.

Great place at a great price.
We found the personnel at Island Real Estate very helpful. The apartment well furnished and very comfortable.The location is one of the best we have ever stayed in.The cafe next door did not affect us at all but there needs to be more sunbeds on the beach -

I loved the location and the beach in this area. The condo was comfortable. However the unit view was blocked by a stairway. Everyone going up and down the stairs could see directly into the condo. There was no privacy. We had to keep blinds and doors closed and could not enjoy the scenery from the condo. I would not rent this unit again.
