We (family with three kids) stayed at the rental for Christmas and enjoyed the location close to the beach a lot. We had very relaxing days, just plunging in the pool or having our Christmas Eve afternoon coffee on the beach. The apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is great - lots of space, great kitchen equipment (everything you could imagine) and very nice decoration. Great restaurants are close by (walking distance) and a shop for daily needs just across the street.

We stay at alot of vacation condos, but none has been so thoroughly and thoughtfully supplied-From hairdyer to phone answering machine from an array of glassware and dishes to any thing else one could need.

This condo unit is situated centrally, with a great view of the ocean,
dolphins swimming by, and easy access to the mainland. The kitchen was
well equipped. The owner had new flat screen tv's installed while we were
there, which made a big difference. I have arthritis in my spine and hips,
and always bring a tempura mattress when we travel, in case the beds are
uncomfortable.I really needed it with the bed here. The rest of the furniture
was also old and uncomfortable. We bought heating pads, put on extra
pillows, and eventually bought a doggie bed to put on the chair, because I
was in constant pain. It was $7, but meant that I could tolerate the chair.
My wife, who doesn't have these health issues, could only spend limited
time on this furniture before her back hurt. On the positive side, the owner
made sure the new TV's were installed prior to the Superbowl, and took a
personal interest in making sure everything was ok. The Island Real Estate
staff was very helpful, (we managed to lock ourselves out one night, and
they had someone drive over to let us in). This condo has great potential,
but the furniture is dated, and not great quality, despite what I was told up
front when I asked. -

The location was great but the condo needs updating and maintenance. Towel
racks falling off the walls, cupboards falling apart, and worn furniture. The
service provided by the rental company was great, friendly and courteous. The
unit was clean, just very dated and worn. -

Well looked after by Island real estate, going beyond the call of duty when one of our party had sun burn. Everything was clean and tidy, with key pick up and drop off easy. Will use them again on are next holiday

I stayed here for a week with my two children ages 5 and 9 for a final trip before school began - we fell in love with the place! The condo was perfect - everything you could want. The large balcony overlooks the pool and ocean. The Bridge St. Pier is a great place to take the kids fishing. Oma's Pizza is wonderful and Joe's has the BEST ice cream - all of these places an easy walk (even with a 5 year old). We plan to come back every year!

A stone's throw to the ocean!

We have stayed in this condo several times! It is our favorite on Bradenton Beach. The view is perfect for relaxing and dolphin watching. This year we even saw a Manatee! We love the small(10 unit) complex and it's only a few steps to the beach. The location is great because you can walk to restaurants, a gift shop, ice cream shoppe, and a convenience store right across the street! The unit is always clean and has everything you need for a great vacation!
I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.
The only downfall to this rental is that you cannot "grill" anywhere on the property. -

Great location, equipped with everything you can think of, except trash bags! We stay here every year in June/July and have never had a bad experience. The place is always tip top shape, and it is nice to be able to see down to the pool and the beach from the balcony. All the other guests in the condo units were polite. It was once again, another wonderful beach visit!

This place was great. The location was just what we were looking for, the weather during our trip was super and the condo was beautiful.
We were walking distance from virtually everywhere we needed to go (including the beach of course)!
Our only issue w/ the property was a plumbing problem in the main bathroom which prevented us from using that bathroom - luckily there was a second bathroom - but that was a little awkward.
We would definitely stay again!

Awesome View - Can't Beat It!!

We loved staying in the condo. It was well stock with everything we needed. The view was incredible. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching the sunset. We were able to walk to restaurants. The storage unit filled with beach supplies was a treasure for my kids. I called the rental office on Sunday because there was not an iron in the unit and they delivered one that afternoon - on a Sunday! Great Service!!! We loved our first visit to Anna Maria Island!
