We really enjoyed staying at the anna Maria Island Club. We have stayed there before but not with your company. Island Real Estate is 100% friendlier & professional. We are planning our next vacation & will be using Island Real Estate!

The condo was great, the location was perfect, and the view was amazing!! The only thing I would recommend is for the owner to put ceiling fans in both bedrooms and one in the living room. It gets very warm in the bedrooms at night, yet the main area is freezing. A ceiling fan on the balcony would be an added plus--that western sun gets tough!

I would recommend this place. It is very pleasant and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the gulf. The amenties are wonderful. Near to many great restaurants.

We highly recommend Island Real Estate Rentals.
They were helpful,described AMIC 18 to a tee.Often rental companies make something sound a lot better than it is. Not this company.Everything was perfect,from the view to the comfort of the beds.
We will use them again ,soon I hope.

Our first thought as we walked through the door...Wow, this is beautiful, it has everything, class, comfort, amenties and a gorgeous view to boot.
Our last thoughts as we were leaving and closing the door behind us...We were given it all, a charming comfortable and clean accomodations,a glorious vista and wonderful weather. A haven to relax and refresh. We'll be back.
No one could ask for more. A perfect sanctuary with a crystal clear pool, clean and safe hot tub, and and ocean at your beckon call.

When we arrived at 16th december there was still workers doing the rebuilding (we were not be informed in advanced!)and it was very noisy and we couldn't stay at the pool because of that. We were also disturbed by the workers which came in an out a few time in the appartement.We called the office and fixed with Carol a rentalreduction for the inconvenience.But unfortunately we don't got the full amount back as we had discussed in advanced!
