In planning this family of 14 vacation, the people of Island Real Estate were exceptionally helpful. The entire booking process went smoothly. They were prompt with emails, took their time with my many phone calls (This was my first time renting a home or condo, not through a hotel), and tried to accommodate my every wish. I had a Christmas tree and boxes of gifts shipped down and they had them in the house when I arrived. They even tried to accommodate me with finding someone to put up the tree for me. The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious, many ameneties, lots of chairs including beach chairs, bikes, swim toys, beach towels, etc. Very well equipped. It was a three minute walk (or 1 minute bike ride) to the beach and the beach is stunning and not crowded. We spent most time on the beach shelling and playing. The only issue we had with the house was with the hot tub. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool water also wasn't treated when we arrived, however, they came out when we called and they tested and treated the water. The other issue that could have been better was that the pool area is very beautiful, but shaded most of the time. We like the sun and at this time of year, we had a hard time finding sun in the pool area. Otherwise, it was a lovely vacation and beautiful home. I especially like the location. I'd go again. This place was wonderful. Better than pictures. Short walk to beach. Very nice pool for when you are done with the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked. We had two families with mix of teenagers to young age children and there was more than enough to keep everyone busy. Loved it and hope to be back in the coming years.
