We rented this house for one week with our son and his family with two children. The house had all the basic amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. All appliances were in good working order. The house was perfect for us four adults and two children.There was a booster seat, as well as a pack & play available. Lots of room for the children to play. There were some games to use, as well as a tv in each bedroom and in the livingroom. The house was clean.
The path leading to the house, as well as the pool in the backyard, were surrounded by very lush tropical vegetation. Just made you feel like you were on a tropical island. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was heated and had a small swimup table. There was a table with umbrella as well as other chairs around the pool for lounging. Also a BBQ which we used to cook steaks and burgers.
The house was only a couple of minute walk from the beach although you could not see the beach from the house. I think the tropical foliage just made up for the views. There were also stores just around the corner from the house. A wine and liquor store, a fresh market that sold fish and fresh produce, a restaurant if you wanted to pick up some food, as well as clothing and souvenir stores.
The location was very good for getting around everywhere. Manattee blvd., to get off the island, was not far and neither was the Publix grocery store as well as the Dollar Tree store, where we purchased a few things missing at the house.
We truly loved the house and pool. We thought it was good value overall. Looking forward to going back gain. -

This house is stunning. Everything was clean, modern, close to the Sea. Just perfect.

Great location. Stylish interior (finally an accommodation not in "Key West" style). High quality furniture and beds. Minor matters immediately resolved with one call to Sybille at Island Real.
All in all - splendid!
