We had a great time during our visit. Enjoyed all the sunsets on the beach and the local area. We checked out a day early and were supposed to get a $20.00 credit on our card, per the lady who took our keys. No credit was ever received.

Second time we've stayed in this unit and great to be back. Lovely shared pool with the other 4 cottages whose occupants we enjoyed making friends with. Lots of outdoor seating so you can always find a sunny or shady nook, close to beautiful beach and shops and with 3 tvs no arguments over night time viewing! The fittings aren't luxury but are very comfortable and it's a lovely family rental.

The home was very nice

a lovely place in a nice location with a nice pool an liked the Tv's in each bedroom just wished we had a table and chairs as we are game players, lovely kitchen, nice size bedrooms .

We did not have any issues with the home. It was very small but convenient and nice.
My problem is with your rental agency. I object to all the fees that your agency charges. You should note that we have used your rental agency over the past 4-5 years, mostly at La Casa Costier. Why not just advertise a price so it can be directly compared to other opportunities? We have been charged pet fees of $125 for a week in the past but although our stay this time was for only 3 days, you still made us pay the full $125 fee. I think the $100 cleaning fee is also excessive - those cleaning people really do not do very much real cleaning - we do most of it for them. And to charge a fee for using our credit card is realy objectionable. I am a banker and I know that you would lose a lot of business without the benefit of accepting credit cards.Response from Island Real Estate & Vacation Rentals - 11/21/2009

Unfortunately regardless of how long an individual stays, a pet in a property provides for more wear and tear and extra services to ensure the next guest is not affected by a pet stay from the prior stay. The Cottage was wonderful. Swimming pool a big plus, and the cottage was very, very close to the beach. Once we got there, no one wanted to leave. I highly recommend this property.
