My husband and I have enjoyed our stayed in this condo very much. As snow birds it has a well equiped kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely two sink bath with a great shower. We have found the condo super clean with immediate attention to any problems: like a leaking faucet. It is located for a short walk to the beach and about ten steps to the pool. We enjoyed the private L shape patio for reading, and playing bridge on a sunny day.The grill was an added feature that we did not expect but was wonderful to find and use. We love the friendly people of the island , the great restaurants and a sunset walk on the beach. We will definitely return next year.

Came down to Anna Maria for our 3 year wedding anniversary and technically our honeymoon! A great peaceful island is what you will get here! The house is great and very close to the gulf. The pictures are the real deal folks! This is a great little house for a couple to rent!

First time to Holmes Beach and we really enjoyed it. Small island but jam packed with things to do and places to see. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. The unit is perfect for two. When we got there we found it extremely clean, compact with lots of storage and you had complete privacy if you wished. Access to the pool is only a few steps away no matter which unit you chose. The only downside for us was the bed which needed replacing. Hopefully when we return in the fall again it will be something better. I think because it was probably part of the original building on the lot the walls are thicker therefore less noise from people in the other half.

Our stay here was everything we were hoping for. Our villa was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and the management was great! There was a kitchen faucet problem that apparently had been reported prior to our arrival. The management phoned us to ask if it was okay for a repair person to come in during the day to fix it. It was repaired while we were out and there were no other issues during our weeklong stay. You might want to know that the villas in this complex are very private, with privacy fence around each villa. We were within minutes of nearly every restaurant and shop on the island. The grocery store was just down the street, and several small shops and restaurants were one street over. We didn't use the beach as the weather was rather cool that week, but we did walk to the beach, which was just across the street. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 weeks in September. This was the 3rd time my wife & I have stayed at this property. It is in a great position just a short stroll to the beach/shops/restaurants & trolley stop.Although there are several other properties sharing the pool it is never crowded.
The property has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Can't wait to go back! -

We really enjoyed our stay! Will be going back June 2010. I give 5 stars for everything except 4.5 stars for cleanliness. There were areas I had to clean (brush off kitchen chairs and vacuum up some minor dust/dirt in the drawers of the cabinet in the bathroom). But other than that, fantastic. The pool was well-maintained, it was quiet, it had everything we needed, and it was close to the beach, market, and many good restaurants.
Also, Christine at Island Real Estate was great, too! She found this place for us on very short notice.

We thorughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Marie Island. It was quite relaxing and the local restaurants were marvelous. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and had all the comforts of home. The only very minor issue was that the remote for the television in our bedroom did not function. Also it took us until the end of the week to learn the orientation of the various light switches. Maybe some labelling would be helpful.

I it was great privacy, Good location. Good vaule, the beach was less then 500 feet away,have a washer and dryer was great. It was a home away from home. All and all it was a great deal. Cannot wait to come back...

I would definitely recommend this property. It is stylish and contemporary and in a great location - just across the street from the beach. The cottage was well equipped and everything was brand new. But remember to bring your own hairdryer as one is not provided!

My husband and two teenage sons rented a house one block away
from Palm Isle Village for three weeks. We then rented two of the
apartments in Palm Isle for various family members to come and go. It
was wonderful!!!! Clean, convenient, private, close to beach, close to
our house, close to grocery store, close to souvenier stores, nice pool,
etc, etc. Will certainly rent again, and as always
Island Real Estate is wonderful. Have been renting from them for 15
years! -

We loved the place. It was very clean. The pool was great. The walk to the beach was short. The kitchen could have had a few more acessories- such as big bowls, pitcher for mixing drinks, but over all was very very nice. We would come back. The private outside area is nice for kids to play. The gates lock so it was secure for our 2 yr old to play. We want to come back.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything was brand new, clean, and well decorated. I enjoy being close to the beach and resturants. I also liked having a full, well appointed kithchen. It came in handy for snack time. I loved the condo, with I could move in permanently.
