Excellent house, both interior and the outside pool area. Quiet and safe street, minutes from the beach and still the city life a short ride away... Beautiful beach, and shops for everyday needs 3 min walk from the house..
The children loved the pool, and already wants to come back next year!
We had a few questions about a door in the kitchen, and a repairman was there within hours. Very good!
We will recommend this house, both for adults or families with kids..

This home is beautiful and the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. Anna Maria is a beautiful island. We loved just relaxing on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. Plan to come back as soon as possible. I would definately stay here again. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. The pictures do not do it justice.

What a great house and location. The house was big and roomy with
everything you need for your stay! We were in town to get married and the
location to the beach and our wedding site was perfect! The pool & hot tub
were great and were cleaned while we were there. I can't say enough about
the master suite, I wanted to take that bathroom home with me and the bed
was so comfy! We will definitely stay there again! -

This is a very nice rental in an excellent location. It is a very short walk to a wide stretch of beach and very close to the local grocery store and shopping plaza. The private pool and spa are very nice. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. The only thing missing was an ice maker in the frig.

Very nice property, new renovated. Clean and comfortable. Some minor issues at the start - some lights, gas grill. Perfect located to the beach, perfect part of the beach. Pool in the shadow, all the property is build, very few green and garden.
Majoe issue: If it heavily rains (and in Florida it rains often heavily) the drainage of the pool area is totally unsufficient - the pool area becomes a lake. Should be repaired.
Nevertheless - very nice property. -

The locaion was great, the propoerty was very
well laid out, very clean, just fantastic. It was close to the beach, the pool was great for the family,the shops were close by.
Everything was positive my recommendation is just book quickly before we do!!!
