This spacious vacation home is located in the desirable Key Royale subdivision of Holmes Beach, right in the heart of the anna Maria Island community. This vacation villa is large enough to bring your whole family – up to six guests can fit comfortably among three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Although, technically it can welcome eight guests, as this is one of our pet friendly properties and welcomes furry members of the family with a deposit. Inside you’ll find a delicious mix of luxury and casual island style. The master suite offers a king bed and romantic Jacuzzi tub to relax your cares away after a long day of sun,... sand, and salt with your sweetheart. Updated appliances in the kitchen include an extra-large microwave, flat top stove, and refrigerator with plenty of room to stock your restaurant leftovers and vacation goodies. Dishwasher is also available to leave those pesky debates about whose turn it is to clean up back at home where they belong.

The fully caged pool deck offers you a backyard oasis to drift through the water and float your cares away. A propane grill, sun loungers, and outdoor dining table and chairs make this a perfect gathering spot for your party. There are plenty of happy memories waiting to be made on your next vacation around this pool deck.

All this and more in a boater's paradise with the deep water canal right out back and no bridges to the Gulf and Bay. We apologize, but the boat lift on the property is no longer safe for use. However, this is plenty of community dock access and be sure to ask Island Real Estate about boat rental special exclusive to our guests.

Or just take a quick walk down to the Gulf of Mexico – how many times in your life are you going to be able to do that? There are seven miles of pristine, quartz sand beaches shimmering along our island and you’ll be sitting within walking distance. Nothing between you and the salty, azure waters but one sunscreen application and a pair of flips flops. Or hop a ride on the free and air-conditioned Island Trolley. It runs from 6am to 10pm in a leisure loop through anna Maria City, Holmes and Bradenton Beaches to take you anywhere around the area.

  This property is not for the person that wants to step out their door in their fuzzy bunny slippers and onto the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the beach and you need to navigate one of the "busier" intersections on AMI. Likewise, it's at the very end of the cannel, so if you have a boat during your stay, you'll need to keep on top of the tide or you won't be getting back onto your boat lift.
  
  Having said this, we found it perfect for the needs of our family of four. The heated pool was wonderful and the layout gave one the feeling that they were in a larger house. We'd re-rent this one for sure!

  this was great house--suited all our needs. Location to the intercoastal for fishing, ease to dock the boat in boat slip, and pool for lounging. The house had plenty of room and great access to the island. would definitely stay here again.

  Nice Property with Pool and Boat Lift

  All in all we had a great stay.
  
  Stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Parade went right past the house. We just walked out the front with our chairs and watched the parade. Our daughter loved it.
  
  House is older 1950's 60's layout. Semi updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was in decent shape. Boat dock is higher than most, eqiupped with a boat lift for max 24 foot boat. Located at the end of the canal. Nice location for getting offshore. Easy canal (deep) for markers out to sea, 10 minute boat ride to anna maria point for direct access out to sea.
  
  The only problem we had, which the property agency addressed. Was the A/C for the house works but doens't cool all the room easily. The back bedroom specifically doesn't get much cool air. So they gave us a fan, we put it in the hallway, and that helped tremendously.
  
  We would stay here again for the price. Just remember to crank the A/C down when you get there as it takes 24 hours to effectively cool the house.
