We stayed at the Southern Comfort on Holmes Blvd. from Dec. through april 2012. The stay was great. We particularly enjoyed the front porch area where we met a lot of newfound friends. Island Real Estate was very responsive to any requests we had and were very helpful. It was a great stay for our 5th year on the island.

Several family members went together to rent this property. It was very nice and had all the ammenities we needed. We traveled with 2 young children and the extra child care things in the house came in very handy. All the beach toys and chairs were a welcome surprise. The location was great and the property exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again if traveling to this area.

I had a lovely time at Anna Maria Island. Amy and Carol were so helpful and I appreicated it so much when I had a problem with the orginal home that I rented they found this home for my husband and I. It was so beautiful and my family and I are looking forward in going again next September or even sooner to a home that Carol and Amy recommended to us.

Loved the house, nice, clean, and new. Close to the beach. Wish the pool were bigger.
