My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beachy, cozy, and fully equipped vacation home. The home was exceptionally clean and cool and its location was absolutely perfect.

This is a charming vacation rental. It comfortably accomodates 1-4 people. Good location - just a hop over to the beach, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Of course, the free trolley is always a fun experience!

This property was ideally located 2mins walk across the road to the gorgeous beach and opposite a trolley stop. The property had everything we needed for our stay including loads of towels (including beach towels), TV/DVD, crockery, spare loo rolls, bin bags, toaster, kettle, plastic glasses for outside, cooler for days out etc. Wireless internet access was particularly useful. There's no hairdryer though so you may want to bring your own. Excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans. The pool was really lovely too and nice and warm, good for our one-year old. Great to have dinner in the covered area looking out at the street. I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to others.

6407A was a perfect rental property. It was clean, well equipped, and ready for our arrival. We were very comfortable at the home and couldn't have asked for a better location. Excellent set up for a small family. Thanks!

This property was a great place to stay! The interior was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. Although it's not right on the beach, it's a very short walk. The property was extremely well-maintained.
This was our first time renting a condo for vacation and we had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space, both indoors and out and each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. There was a place to wash sand off so it wouldn't be drug into the condo and the pool was a nice option to have. In addition to being close to the ocean, the property is within walking distance of a few restaurants and close to some cute shops. The management office is not far and their service was great.
If we decide to go back to Anna Maria, we will definitely check to see if this property is available! -

Great spot on the island!

This was an extemely convenient rental unit for us. The trolley stop as well as the beach entrance are directly across the street. Nobody was renting upstairs, so we had the pool all to ourselves! It was very clean and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch area. As we were sitting there, we recognized our former principal who was renting down the street! The only recommendation we have is to request a table set for that area as well. It would have been a perfect spot to play cards in the evening.
