The complex is situated in a quiet area of anna Maria, a short walk to the beach and both North and South trolley stops. Coquina is a spacious 1 bed 1+bath. The unit was very clean and comfortable, fully supplied with everthing you could need. Five units share a large pool with a waterfall. The waterfall is switched on at 9am and off at 9 pm. It can be noisy if you are sitting around the pool for any length of time. While we were visiting there we're only two other units occupied, so it was quiet and the pool was available to all. If all units are occupied it would become very busy around the pool area. We have visited anna Maria several times and hopefully will continue to do so.

The house is well designed, although little or nor upkeep takes place to the gardens. No mulch is beeing used and the original builders' debris can be seen. The unit was clean and tidy for our arrival, but the bed and pillow covers had not been cleaned. We had to purchase some kitchen essentials and there was no mail box--as our stay was for 12 weeks, this was a problem. The terrace for the unit, adjoined the pool/plant equipment, which was noisy. The complex will deteriorate unless a programme of maintenance is put in hand.
We like Anna Maria and the friendly people. We were very close to Holmes Beach, which is lovely. -

We arrived at Blue Lagoon, Coquina 1 dog tired from the drive from Toronto. It took all of 3 minutes to appreciate where we were and to jump into the pool to cool off.
The condo was well adorned with all the conveniences and the pool grounds were absolutely beautiful. A pleasant surprise for renting sight unseen.
I would do it again and I would also recommend it. That is the mark of a good holiday. -

We have stayed on the Island before and found a new life style not on the beach.Bike rental is easy and a very enjoyable way to experience the Island. The Pier is a must for breakfast or
Rotten Ralph's. We enjoy the Island relaxed
feelings,good food,wonderful people.
Our unit for the location was fantastic.
However,the management team needs some improvement.I called several times for service.
The dust under the bed had grown to golf ball size.The linen service was to limited with only one wash cloth and two bath towels.

The place was awesome! It looks nice on the pictures but is even better in real. The pool is great - you swim in the gulf then you go and spend the rest of the day in the pool. Beach is very close and the whole neighborhood is nice and quiet. Thank you Island Real Estate for providing us with a nice vacation place. We sure will be back!
