This condo had everything you would need for a perfect stay at the beach. This unit was a bit pricier than what we normally book, but worth it! We loved the openness and design of the unit. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. We spent most of our time, when not on the beach, on the beautiful veranda overlooking the ocean and lovely sunsets.

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit, and it is beautiful, very clean and comfortable with all the ammenities you could ask for. We love anna Maria Island and love staying in this condo in the convenient Holmes Beach area

My husband and I got away for a few days and wow was this an incredible unit.
The sunsets were priceless and we were shocked at how few other units were
being utilized at this time of the year. Island Real Estate helped in every
aspect of our get away and were absolutely wonderful in finding a rental which
suited our needs. Lifestyles #3 had everything we needed right at our
fingertips and more! -

We stayed here in may after extensive research. We found this place on Anna Maria and was sure it was great. It was listed as a luxury condo.
When we arrived we put our 2 kids on the floor (1 and 2 year old) to play and looked at the floor and it was filthy. We called immediately and they mentioned that when the cleaners clean it is not always done under the furniture (beds/couches/table) but they sent someone over to clean, but the floor was not perfect, under our bed was pretty disgusting.
That evening we attempted to use the dishwasher, but it was broken. We called back and they said they would send someone tomorrow. A man came spent an hour and said he had to order a part. We called the office several times. We spoke to an agent who asked if we wanted money off since inconvenience. Yes, However, the manager never returned our call (said she was sick)even after 3 calls to the realty office. We wrote a letter also and never heard from them. The 2nd day we realized, the guest bathroom did not have hot water, but since no one returned calls it was useless.
the Condo was nice and in a great location. Beach in the back, pool in front, roomy and comfortable.
We wished it would have been cleaned as a luxury condo would. We understand things may break, but have the decency to be responsible for them and as customers we would appreciate a courtesy call back. It ruined my experience with this office.
Regardless we had a wonderful trip. We try not to let things like that bother us too much. So, if you want to take a chance and spend on a luxury condo this is it. Just don't expect anything standard such a clean rooms and working appliances.
The condo itself is very nice and appointed well. We had a good time, but may not return to this one. -

I have stayed at condos rented on line before, some are awful. This was wonderful. This condo was professionally designed. It had everything you would want. View,beach,pool,great place to stay. The only thing that I could have wanted was a hammock on the porch. Elevator to lug stuff up, free parking with auto lights. Beautiful rooms, tvs, great kitchen,wonderful tubs and showers, washer and dryer. If you have more than 4 people going somewhere this is the place to rent. Overlooking great beach, relaxed island not snooty. Great pool and hot tub. I think the place couldn't be beat anywhere. The other units in this place would be nice, but this was the one that was the show house when they were selling, so it is extra nice. Don't even hesitate, on this island I can't even imagine anywhere nicer. Enjoy.

Whilst the property was in a great location, it was not in a very clean state for example underneath the beds was filthy!! I would not expect this from a luxury accommodation rental

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island and at La Casa. The condos are very new and nice, kept up well, perfect location steps from the beach, and the pool was clean and private. This is a nice quiet island perfect for a family vacation with little kiddos. The condo had every amenity necessary and some fun extras (computer, beach chairs & toys, surround sound music, wine fridge, etc). We highly recommend this place and will most certainly return.
