North Beach Villa is situated in one of the finest condominium complexes (North Beach Village) on Anna Maria Island, exactly at Gulf Drive and 64th Street in the city of Holmes Beach. The entrance to the white sand beach, that extends the entire length of the island, is just across this Gulf Drive – a low traffic by-pass road that runs along the beach, connecting the waterfront condos. The beach distance from the Villa is less than 200 yards, and the condominium pool, heated for year-round comfort, less than 50 yards.
