The apartment was carefully decorated with all functionalities and comforts. The bedding was extraordinary, and mattress was superbly comfortable- i slept 12 hours on my first night there, after a long flight. There is a convenience store downstairs, taxis and metro and buses too. The neighborhood is very central and convenient, walk down the street 3 minutes turn left onto a high street with all shops you can dream of. Susann and her team were very helpful, sending me even directions in Chinese writing, so i could show the taxi driver.
The only comment is the average presentation of the entrance, but in Honk Kong all streets and entrances are similar, but when you are inside, it's a palace.
I loved the access codes to enter, and no need for keys, very clever and convenient, especially when you go out dancing and don't want to worry about loosing your keys on the dance floor. I will return and recommend for sure -

Arriving in Hong Kong I contacted Joanna who met us at the front of the building. A lovely woman who seemed intent on making our stay as comfortable as possible.
What can I say about our first impressions...Wow!! all six of us are very excited so to see the flat the first time was so exciting!! beautifully decorated with everything we could of needed, we were so happy to settle in.
the location of the property is excellent, we were all slightly worried about where we would find to stay, but Causeway Bay was very safe and in a really great area, the architecture in the area is typically Hong Kong style what we were so much hoping for. tube easily walking distance away, with a brilliant little restaurants pub around the corn end everywhere, perfect for some quick bites In the middle a long day of shopping!!
i would definately recommend this big apartment for a 6-7 people like us, a close group of friends who need somewhere glamorous and stylish to get ready for a weekend in the big city. we were only really looking for somewhere safe to leave our bags and somewhere to get ready in the evening, but ended up with a luxury flat that we actually wanted to spend time in, so it was an absolute bonus.
the group and I really dont have anything bad to say about the apartment, it was everything and more that we could of hoped for. even small things like clothes racks, a big TV, the kitchen equipment made such a big difference, we felt really 'spoilt' if thats the correct term! Maybe the look of the building is not so nice but I think it is hong kong style and the owner made it a big surprise as soon as you
the correspondence from Joanna and co. was great, i know that she went out of her way to make sure the RichMix was available for my birthday weekend, whereas many other landlords we spoke to seemed rather uninterested.
it was the small things that really made the difference.

This is my first rental apartment when in HongKong. There were 7 of us and we wanted a living area where we can sit & chat during the night. I was looking at another apartment in Central but it was not available. Joanna the property manager told me about this new apartment in Causeway Bay. We stayed in RichMix from 14/1 - 18/1. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The owner add an air mattress since there were 7 of us. Luckily we were picked up from the airport upon arrival or it wil be difficult to locate on our own. But when you get to know where you are its quite easy. Joanna was waiting for us when we arrived. Lift was the old British type where you need to pull & close the gate before it goes up or down. Everything in the apartment seems new & its big in HongKong standard. There is a huge flat srceen tv & all things we need in a home.
Its about 8-10 mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR. We prefer to come out from exit F than Time Sq exit. There is a free airport Express shuttle in front of Regal HongKong Hotel which is 2 - 3 mins walk from apartment.
We were charged Hkd3900 per night & a 1 time charge of Hkd150 per head for cleaning fee (cleaning after our departure). Were asked to pay up front of Hkd9575 thru paypal or bank transfer. We did thru paypal & paid another Hkd9575 in cash upon check- in. Were given a contract thru email when first payment was done. It stated that we were to get a refund of Hkd2500 on our departure but were refunded only Hkd2130. Were told on our departure to bare the paypal charges for our first payment. It was not stated on contract. We had paid extra charges thru paypal on our side. Hkd300+ is not much but it just isnt right. A day before our departure owner text me saying she will do refund thru paypal but I insisted refund to be paid in cash on our departure. Dont know is this a practice when renting a vacation place but I doubt so as we had rented a villa in Bali and paid thru bank transfer. We appreciate your feedback very much - thank you, Tina! Your description is very precise and we loved to read that you were happy about the new apartment and about our service.
Let me just add that included in the rate of HK$3900 was your pick-up from the airport and a cleaning with a change of all towels after the 3rd day on top of the final cleaning.
Since you are in the financial business we need your advice as we are not that happy about your complaint concerning the refund. You signed an agreement where you can easily read in the same big letters, Paragraph 1! - that guest parties have to pay additional payment fees if they pay by credit Card, PayPal or bank.
To save those fees we even offer to pay the second amount in cash on arrival.
On your departure even one of your colleague confirmed having read this paragraph in our agreement.
But we are grateful to know that we should improve at that point. I am pretty sure that paying fees for a money transfer is daily business for you and you might have a valuable advise for us how to avoid or to minimize those fees?
Hopefully you will be our guest another time - we will definitely skip the fee for a returning guest who helped us to improve our service.
