These five, recently upgraded, smoke-free condos in the Marine Surf Waikiki, 364 Seaside Avenue, are located in the heart of Waikiki one block from the beach.
These spacious accommodations offer upgraded interiors featuring fully-equipped kitchens with four-burner range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Three studios sleep four adults comfortably on a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and two studios sleep two adults on one king bed. My husband and I stayed here for a week in mid July and it was the best accomodation I have had in all my travels. First off, Nick was quick at responding to emails. At his request, he mailed to keys to us (in Canada!) as we would be arriving late. The condo itself was immaculate and well stocked (right down to full size bars of soap, tin-foil and plastic wrap!) There was even beach mats and a cooler! All we brought was the food! The view from the balcony was great as it overlooked the streets as well as the beach off to the side. Laundry was on the same floor, although the dryer wasn't working while we were there, so we used the next floor up! I will definitely be re-booking here on our next trip to Oahu.

Nick's condo was perfect for our 11 night stay in Waikiki. Having a kitchen cut down on costs, and the location was just perfect, so close to everything. Thank you once again for renting us your condo Nick, everything was perfect! Mahalo

Went to Hawaii as part of a family reunion. Most family members stayed at the Hilton Village. Almost all had said they would rather have stayed at this place. Access into the building is more secure, the price is very reasonable and more centrally located to the Waikiki area. Having free parking is a big plus if you are renting a car. It can get a little loud on the street at nights but what do you expect - its the city. Nick was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

We just stayed at the Marine Surf and had the best time! The place has a full kitchen which we definitely made use out of. We saved so much money by going to the grocery store, which was only 2 short blocks away, and stocking up on food for the week. Nick was completely hospitable and was available if we had any issues with the place, which we didn't! The condo is centrally located to anything and everything you would want to do in Waikiki! We would recommend this place to anyone and plan on returning again in the future!
