The stay at the condo was great, everything from check to check out was smooth and easy. I reserved a parking spot but there was a car parked at the spot in which I was supposed to park. So we called and inquired about it, and was told that they double booked it.
They apologized and offered to reimburse to park at a garage down the street. They went further and refunded the rest of the parking fees. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you! -

This property was a big disappointment and is definitely NOT luxurious as advertised or pictured. It is a very ordinary property surrounded by vacant lots. There is no elevator and we had to lug our bags up four flights of stairs. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken and looked like it had been that way for some time. We had to carry all our valuables with us.

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. Yes, as advertised there are steps to get to each of the units. If steps are going to be an issue for our guests we would recommend you rent one of our other properties with an elevator. Back in Dec. we had the sliding glass door lock fixed when you brought it to our attention. As far as the property around the Royal Moana most of our guests appreciate the fact that it's not boxed in by a high rises, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Aloha!

Very clean. Great location-walking distance to the beach and other local attractions. Good price for the rental car. Bus stop on the next block. People were very friendly in the area. Will stay there again.

We had a great time on our stay at the rental, it was very clean and only a couple of blocks to the beach,also having the full kitchen came in handy, we ate in two nights which helps if your on a budget, we would definately stay here again thanks Shelly!

My husband and I stayed for our Honeymoon! We loved everything about this condo! Clean, great location. Home away from home! Close walk to Waikiki beach and downtown Waikiki! We stayed in 401 only downside is the 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. Check in convenient and for a minimal fee designated parking space. Place is secure and spacious for two but can accommodate 4 comfortably! Looking forward to coming back and will stay again!

This place was awesome! So comfortable and clean. The price was awesome! You get so much more than you would from a hotel. So close to shopping and beach. I was nervous at first, but I will use alli Beach Rentals again!

I have stayed here two times in the last 5 years and i must say for the price it a great deal. There is a mini mart right next store. The place is clean with a full kitchen. We used for breakfast everyday. Good way to save money, every little bit helps. I would say the bed and tv could use a up grade.Other then that its a deal and i will return again . Thanks alot wonderful trip i was there 11days... Aloha

It is an excellent location in Waikiki, near the beach, restaurants, stores, and entertainment. It is a very clean and comfortable condo, with full kitchen facilities. We enjoyed the holiday in this accommodation very much, and we will be staying there each time we visit Waikiki

This was our second time staying at the Royal Moana and again we were very pleased, Love the location and the affordable $9.00 a day parking, Kai & Shelly are so welcoming and available when you need them or have any questions. If you are cost conscience and want to use your hard earned vacation dollars on fun things; then, this condo is for you. What a value! It doesn't have the fancy services like a hotel...it has all the comforts of home. I managed hotels for years, at one point 25 in total in Southern California. I am tired of having to buy expensive cups of coffee when I can make the same coffee in my condo. The condo has beach towels and we rented the beach chairs. Everyday we made breakfast, pack our lunch and snacks and walked to the beach. The condo was outstanding. Lots of closet and cabinet space, clean, granite counter tops, tile flooring...everything for a great price. We save tons of money on food and got to eat what we like. We went out for dinner and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Anything from Kentucky Fried Chicken (cold for the beach is great) to sushi, steaks, fresh fish and more. Rountrip from Phoenix was $600 for two and the condo with tax and add ons was around $850 for 8 nights! And...the bus goes from the airport to the corner of the condo! They have washers and dryers so you can take less and save on having to check bags and pay for your luggage. We use our soft cooler as a carry on and make ice blocks out of the plactic bowls from the condo. (They have real ceramic plateware and plastic items too). You don't even need a car. There is a store right next door. It is a family store and a little over priced, but there is Safeway near by and you can take the bus there or a cab your first day and get what you need for your trip. The buses are great and everyone uses them. One thing to keep in mind; there is no elevator. So if you have a hard time walking stairs, then perhaps you want to select another alii property. It is cheaper for us to go from Phoenix to Wakiki for 8 days then to go to San Diego; just a 6 hour drive from home. Seriously consider this value. Aloha!

The condo was exactly as advertised which is nice because sometimes you get there and it in no way matches the photos you saw at booking. It was close to the beach and everything downtown Waikiki has to offer. Shelly was easy to contact and quick to assist. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in was extremely easy. I would recommend this condo to everyone! Thanks Shelly!

The Royal Moana apartment was great. It suited our family of 3 just perfectly. It didn't have a water view, but it is only a 5 min walk to the beach, so who needs a water view anyway? It was close to everything we needed, shops, transport etc. Check in was great, our flight arrived early, before the apartment was ready for us to check in, but we were able to arrange to leave our luggage, and come back later, which was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

We had all that we needed. The parking was especially wonderful to have. Whenever I had questions, they were promptly answered. The location was great, a little loud at night, but you're in Waikiki. Expect it. The condo was very nice, I loved the kitchen. It was very well equipped which surprised me a great deal.

This condo is located just one block from the main bus line and just a couple of blocks to Waikiki Beach. It was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, laundry facilities and a sundry store right next door.

aloha shelly we had the best time ever it felt like we were living in our own condo plenty of room the full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could ever need to cook simple or gourmet dinners which we took full advantage of the staff were a real pleasure very friendly and helpful the location was ideal 5 min. walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and shopping thanks for the lovely stay !
