The unit comes complete with a kitchenette including a two-burner hot plate, under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, and all dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Cable TV, free local telephone calls, free internet, linens and towels, and air conditioning are also provided. Stayed in the one Bedroom Condo,it was great, everything that you needed was in this very Clean and tidy Condo. Close to the beach and the Main Waikiki area. The Balcony looking towards the Waikiki Beach was Great. It was an absolute delight to stay here and would highly recommend this for Condo. Thomas Edwards from Vacation Rentals could not have been more helpful and accommdating.

The booking process was painless, as well as the check-in and out. Thomas was very helpful with my inquiries too and very personable when I met him.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The size and layout was perfect for my mom and me - liked having the twin beds. Our favourite aspect of the suite was the fact we had air conditioning, despite it being a bit on the noisy side. I was also very glad to have free Wi-Fi.
The condo is just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach near the lagoon which is perfect for swimming. We never did use the outdoor pool on the top floor but the views were spectacular!
I would highly recommend this condo suite to others. Thanks again, Thomas! :) -

This studio unit was perfect for our 9 night stay in Waikiki. My mother and I arranged through Thomas for this unit and another (rented from the hotel at almost the exact same price) so that each of us could have our own space though we spent most of our time in Thomas' unit. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was sufficient for the two of us and the view not scary for mum who is afraid of heights (this unit was on level 9 and still provided a good view).
Butter had been left in the fridge which was a lifesaver for cooking. Lots of towels and pillows were provided. I couldn't figure out how to get the wi-fi working but the hotel has free wi-fi on the roof. The shower was decent. We took some paper towels from the second unit as none were in here. The cups need a good scrubbing as some had milk stains on the bottom. The only real improvement we felt was needed was a fan, whether it would be a ceiling or pedestal. We don't like to sleep with the air-con on and leaving the veranda door open isn't really an option due to noise and security.
The hotel is located in a perfect position being only a couple minutes walk to the beach. There can be a bit of noise at night but that's the price you pay to stay in such a good location. It's safe to walk to during the night and early morning. The rooftop pool and hot tub are fantastic and the Friday night fireworks can be seen from the roof.
Honestly though, no place is perfect but we would we be very happy to stay here again. Thanks for making our stay easy Thomas!

You can walk everywhere, only 5 min to Waikiki beach, easy access to highway, great supermarket not far away. Unit is comfortable and clean. Has everything you need. Not 5 class, but I would highly recommend it. We were two adults and a child. Having a kitchen makes life so much easier.
The owner is lovely and gave us lots of great tips.
Don't go past any of his units!
