A very enjoyable experience. Staff were very friendly, accommodations were very nice - new, clean and the view as promised! Location by Waikaki beach was great and it was nice having all the extra services of the hotel even though it was rented through Vrbo. (maid service, health centre, etc.)

Awesome describes the location, the room, and the service provided by each and every employee! The spa services I did not part take, in part because of the limited facilities. What I liked least was no steam or dry saunas; and the showers were private for use only after spa services.I have used and enjoyed such spa facilities before at additional fees when sharing a room with others. But overall the trade off was worth it. The kitchenette was perfect:-)...I plan to visit Hawaii again with my sons, their wives, and stay at the Trump Waikiki!

Ok room but not as upscaled as they will like you to think. Too expensive for what is offeing. Expensive extras breakfast $40, parking $28. Service is good to very good.

We were impressed with the size of our studio and were taken away with the great view. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The kitchen was great since we have a little one.
The staff at the hotel provided the best service ever. The valets, front desk staff, and crew at the concierge desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They knew our names and greeted us every time we saw them. This is truly a 5 star hotel with the service to match. My daughter loved the hotel, the staff, and the pool. She was sad to leave and wanted to stay. We are definitely staying here again and can't wait for the next trip. We were truly spoiled. -

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was on the sterile side. I was disappointed that we had no lanai and the windows didn't open. The room was very clean and the pool area was small but more than adequate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trump 1421! The room was beautiful with a lovely ocean view. The kitchen area was well equipped and helped economize on meals. Impeccably clean and serviced daily. Who could ever complain about the staff at this hotel? Personal, friendly and efficient. We got a better deal through Hawaii 5-0 that we would have through the hotel itself. In all a great experience. Daily parking is a little pricey, but I guess it is everywhere in Waikiki. We'd stay here again for sure.

The views from the studio were amazing. One could see the sunset and fireworks from your bed. Everyone at The Trump Towers was very helpful. The best part was getting beach bags filled with water, sun screen and fresh fruits anytimre you are heading out to the beach.

From the travel coffee mugs to the beach cooler bags every small detail that one might not think of but would need was taken care of.
The view and location was right in the heart of the action. The view was incredible.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The pool was beautiful and had a great view of the sunsets.
You will enjoy every moment! -

The building is beautiful and managed very well. The pool and view are spectacular!
I was disappointed however that our fridge did not work. We were travelling with a young baby, so the fridge was vital to our stay and part of the reason we booked this suite. The maintenance crew from the Trump brought us a replacement, but the owners and managers of the suite should have made sure it was working before promising it to us. We wasted a lot of time trying to get this problem fixed.
The cookware also needs replacing. The teflon coating is peeling, hence making it useless to cook with.
