The service was impeccable! From the reservations officer down to the housekeeping staff, everyone served us with a smile. Certainly enjoyed the little touches and attention to detail that made our whole stay feel like paradise!

After staying at the other hotels including the Sheraton, the Trump Waikiki Hotel, staff and their service provided to say the least - outstanding! Our room 2020 was almost 10 out of 10, other than a couple of very insignificant details I would highly recommend the Trump Waikiki and Hawaii 50 Vacation Rentals. Can't wait to return!

My husband and our two children stayed at trump towers for 2 weeks. We had a beautiful room and the staff were both friendly and accomodating. It was great to have a kitchen and large bathroom. It was a quiet hotel and we watched the fireworks friday night from the swimming pool which gives a great view!! We look forward to our next stay!

We rented a studio ocean view unit from Hawaii 50 realty and everything went smoothly,all our concerns were answered immediately and payment was swift and easy.we stayed during the busiest time in Waikiki and expected Trump Towers to fall short but to our surprise the service remained great,the pool had many lounge chairs and we never had to wait for the lift. The service at the trump towers is impeccable although you pay a price but definitely worth every penny.The people t housekeeping were great!i love that they gave us a beach bag with towels and water everyday for the beach.i did not try the breakfast as our unit had a complete kitchenette and we enjoyed breakfast in our terrace each morning.we will definitely come back and stay at the trump and thank you again Kristin!

I am a travel consultant and I have to say I was blown away by The Trump in Honolulu. It hits on all cilanders. Great Service, Beautiful rooms with outstanding and 5 star amenities. My husband and I loved it and would return. I have just booked another client's stay and am looking forward to sending my clients to The Trump in Honolulu, knowing they will be totally satisfied.

The rooms the service were beyond my expectations..loved it!
The trolley and starbucks were practically right out the door.The beach a 2 minute walk and our favorite little breakfast resturant 'eggs and things' just down the street. Perfect!!Never been at such a friendly hotel...ever!! -

Honolulu has a bunch of old and worn hotels/condos. In particular, hotels rooms have out-dated furniture and they are so small. The Condos in honolulu are roomier but most of them have such old facilities, that really brings the honolulu experince down by a few knotches. The Trump has the newest buildings and newest facilities, and the location is great. Sure they dont have a beach front property but hey its like a 5minute walk to the beach.
I have stayed multiple times here at the trump, but definitely I see value in the studio type rooms. If you are traveling in big groups, the one and two bedrooms are great. Definitely better than getting 2 rooms in a hotel. My family is just my self , my wife and my daughter so the studio is just right.
The people at the valet are super nice, the people at the check in counter can be a bit nicer, but its defiinitely ok compared to NY standards.

Only spent 2 nights here but enjoyed the room and the location. Staff is top notch and very friendly. Really liked having the kitchenette for leftovers from the nearby restaurants.

From the day we arrived, the staff at the Trump were fantastic. The children enjoyed their stay, especially the infinity pool. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. The location was ideal as it was close to the beach as well as shopping, restaurants, local buses, etc. We highly recommend this hotel.
