Service is excellent but I would rather like to know in advance difference between
rooms with odd and even number. Odd numbered room is of etter environment like breezze and view. -

Service standard pretty high but minor blemishes in housekeeping need monitoring.
The apartment was a very good standard but some minor decorative finishes need attention and perhaps a more thorough pre-let inspection.
Location absolutely first class. Gym very limited far too few assisted weight machines,inadequate floor stretching area and overal far too small for such a large complex. The internet access should be extended. One area for non business customers and one for longer user business use. Delightful spa.

We were very impressed with the location of this hotel. It was very well kept. I enjoyed the special treatment you get with a hotel with the comfort and space of a condo. I really only have complaints with the pool being extremely small and not sheltered from the wind(which was blowing everyday). I was nervous of the chairs getting blown around otherwise it was great.

I truly enjoyed the experience I had staying at the Trump Tower Waikiki! The only problem was that there was an issue with my check-in but after that was handled everything else was great. The service was fantastic and it was everything I expected. I will definitely recommend this place to others and I plan to stay there again in the future!
