This was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received.
The transaction was quick and easy. Once we arrived, we were met by Joe who showed us around the apartment and finalized the transaction. He was very friendly and willing to answer our questions about restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a nice size, enough room for four people to be comfortable. I especially loved the large balcony where I felt like I was outside without having to leave the apartment. The building is located in the perfect area across the street from restaurants, with a coffee store and McDonald's on the first level. The City bus takes you up and down and all around the area for $2.50 and the bus stop is located right in front of the building. You can either take the bus or walk a few blocks to the heart of Waikiki for shopping, restaurants and beachfront hotels. The price is a super value for this location. I would definitely stay here again. -

The condo was as advertised. We had a great holiday. There were of course pro's and cons.
Pros.
- Contained everything we needed (vac, towels, sheets, ironing board/iron), dishes, pots n pans etc.
- great washing machine and dryer
- Constant hot water supply
- Good reliable internet
- Big Balcony
- Good security
- Good central aircon
- Great fridge with ice maker
Cons
- Had to pay extra for internet
- Bedroom drapes badly need to be replaced (ripped in places)
- Bright harsh sun on the balcony in the mornings - there is facility for blinds/shades but these had been removed, no big deal
- Various missing or broken light bulbs
all in all a good stay and we would return.

I stayed in Waikiki for the weekend in april with my family at this condo unit. I really enjoyed the customer service that this company provided. When I arrived, they told me that they found some problem in my original unit that I had rented so they upgraded me to a room with a panoramic view of the ocean - and the view was indeed amazing. Very friendly staff - the rooms are little bit retro-style but understandably so, since it has probably built in the 80's. But they are well maintained and clean. I would definitely come back here to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed the unit, and it was like the pictures. But some of the wear didn't show up in the pictures.
The view was nice from the lanai. Our contact Tammi was very congenial, and made our stay a pleasure. She was there when we needed her. My main objection was the listing of telephone and e-mail availability, but it was not mentioned that as extra charge was envolved. But, again Tammi honored the advertisement. -

After emailing about 40 different condo owners, I finally ran in to Tammi and her offers. She stayed in touch with me to find us the perfect place. The condo was beautiful, super nice, spotless and super clean. 2 XL Bathrooms, a huge Kitchen, fully loaded, washer and dryer, everything you need. We had 3 different views of the 17th floor. Overlooking the Center of Waikiki, The Beach and a beautiful Mountain View. Tammi was waiting for hour phone call when when we landed in Honolulu. Joe, who met a few minutes later, to take us to the Condo, was super nice too, very helpful to give us good tips what to do and not to do. I like Condos much better then any of the Beach Hotel, even the 5 Star ones, its so much more comfy and homely. When you need quiet time, you can have it, the action is only a few minutes away when needed.
Thank you both and we will be back again.
