Left on 01/09/2013 for a stay in December 2012
I stayed at this condo for 8 days over the recent holidays sharing with one other person. The contents of this condo are as described in this advertisement, and was clean throughout. All dealings with Leonore, the owner, were diligent and professional. I slept on the sofa-bed in the living room, which has a firm double mattress and I slept comfortably. There is a great view from the rooftop area - note some residents seem to book the Bbqs (there are 3 of them) so just do likewise. I can't advise any major faults with this condo, and overall I was content with what the condo gave me relative to what price I paid for the rental. I'm happy to answer any questions you have.
