These comments apply to apartment 506
Good points:- Even though we arrived late at night someone was there to meet us. The apartment was clean, spacious, and cool. The kitchen was really well-equipped. The bed was large and comfortable.
The apartment was close to bus stops, restaurants, beach and a good supermarket.
The pool was lovely and cool to come back to after a day out in the heat. Scott, the brilliant and efficient custodian kept the pool in pristine condition. The rest of the complex was really clean and tidy. The permanent residents were very friendly.
Free wi-fi was available in the pool area.
The rental was very resonable.
Not so good:- The furniture was grubby and the dining chairs were broken (and dangerous). We covered the furniture with duvet and other covers. The shower curtain was mouldy and there was some unpleasant rubbish on the lanai. When we contacted the management about these they were remedied immediately.
The apartment is noisy and lit up at night but we were prepared for this and used earplugs and masks for sleeping. So it was not really an issue for us. -

Appartement bien ventilé et par conséquent relativement frais.
Couverts et ustensiles de cuisine courants mis à disposition.
Matériels de plage (masques, tubas et nattes) mis à disposition.
Location idéalement située. Proche des principaux sites touristiques de Waikiki (International Market Place, Parc Kuhio) et centres commerciaux.Petit magasin d'alimentation situé au Rdc.

This was not the apartment I had booked, and we turned up on the day to be told conflicting stories as to why we could not have the booked apartment. We were shown the apartment by someone who lived at the premises. I think it was handled very unprofessionally and we should have been told the truth (double booking) and a member of the company should have spoken to us about it. I would not go through this company again.

Upon arrival, there was no answer at the number that I was to call to obtain my key so my possession was delayed by over an hour. However, I was treated very well, was happy with the condo, and I would certainly come back again.

If you're looking for a place that has a great location and inexpensive, then this is your place to stay! It may not be a 5 star hotel, but that's not what you're paying for anyways. The location is awesome. You're only a few minutes walk from the beach. You're in the heart of the shopping center. The room itself is very nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The condo is well stocked (ie. dressers, closet space, blow dryer, towels, dishes, even beach supplies). And the floral furniture makes it feel like you're in Hawaii.
The only problems I had with the condo were these:
1. The wood floor gets gross really fast from all the sand you track in, making your feet really dirty. But I guess there's not much you can do about that. Maybe just sweep all the time.
2. The water pressure in the shower isn't the greatest.
3. The drapes are really thin, making it very hard to sleep in at all. When the sun comes up, you're up.
Other than that, it was a great place and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recomment this place to anyone. -

Upon arrival, was not able to reach attendant for over two hours as we were not very pleased. Room was not ready and cleaned. Staff at front desk day was not very hospitable the next day. Staff later upon arrival very helpful and accomodating when we left premises on our vacation. Thanks.
