Location -at night or early morning did not feel very safe walking toward Kuhio...prostitutes and drug dealers.Suite-very big building-elevators inconsistent-got stuck on one. Did not use the pool area. Room-very poor condition-leaky bathroom very old and rather moldy (no fan) and very outdated decor. Could say you 'get what you pay for' but my daughter rented a room in the hotel portion for $150 a night-beautifully renovated nice decor, modern bathroom.. would suggest trying the hotel versus private rental for maid service and much nicer. The place seemed relatively clean, but would not stay there again in a private rental.
