Ideal location and value for the money versus the cost of a hotel. Small issue with a missing parking pass and cleaning not fully completed prior to our arrival but a call to the property manager had the condo cleaned within a few hours of our call.

the condo was nice the promised parking pass was mia called the broker we had to pay and now we are waiting to be reimbursed my email to the broker has not been answered. the bathroom is not handicap accessible i did ask about it and was told it was. the fold out bed was horrible. the mattress was springs and the cover stained.the kitchen was very nice.the living room furniture and the queen bed was nice too.

Great location, great value (I had a special low-season promo rate), nice 1-bdrm condo with a panorama city and mountain view. Perfect access to the Canal, Diamond Head and Kahala if you're into serious road running, too.
My only issues were with some needed maintenance in the condo, as well as the quality of the bedding (old; a gaping hole in bottom sheet, etc.) And I had a very difficult time finding change to operate the coin laundry! (minor, but still annoying. The hotel desk on Banyan's main floor provides zero assistance to those who are not their customers.) -

The suite was very comfortable. The bedding could be upgraded... the sheets were (let's say) well used! Could not get A/C unit to work but I didn't mind because the trade winds were cool enough! Great location, so handy to Waikiki Beach!

The accommodations had a beautiful view of the Ala Wai golf course and Manoa and was conveniently located to get in and out of Waikiki easily. We were pleased with the extras like beach chairs and tatamis, wifi, lots of dresser space, and parking. We liked it so much that we tried to book it again on our next trip, but it wasn't available.

This was a really good deal- we live on Molokai and come to Honolulu for doctors and shopping - this condo was perfect and as cheap if not cheaper than a hotel, but much better with kitchen and larger living area - my wife will want to stay here again on our nex visit

The reservation process was questionable - my card was never charged for two weeks and I had to call several times to finally find out that the property was sold. They did manage to keep my contract and our stay was great, but it would have been nice to know right away. I would have given 5 stars on everything, but my only complaint is the garbage disposal side of the sink stunk severely. Keyless entry is a great plus - we never had to worry about keys or keycards. The location is perfect for everyday surf sessions and on-site parking is very convenient. I highly recommend this stay and will use this company again!

We made reservations for this place based on some old pictures on a website linked with this property. We were expecting to get a twin and queen bed but instead we got a queen and a pull out bed from the couch. Both were uncomfortable. It would have also been nice to have a handout about the amentities to the place. We had to find out for ourselves where the laundry, convenience store and trash was located at. There were some keys there too and we did not figure what they were for until our last day. So a big suggestion would be to have a handout to this information. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and having a condo rather than a hotel room was the best choice for us.

This was a great place to stay although felt some of the furniture was a little unsuitable for our children , a glass table and glass cabinet, otherwise great.
Although this is a privately owned condo the banyan staff are very friendly and welcoming.
