This is a new remodel on the 11th floor, 1 block from the beach. Fully furnished with
queen size bed, kitchen counter top, sink, microware, full size fridge, and all kitchenware.
From the balcony you see the mountains and the ocean from the hallway outside the suite.
This condo is 1 block from the beach, ideal for the serious beachgoer. All water sports equipment can be rented at the nearby concessions.
This condo is on the bus stop so a car is not necessary and you can walk to dozens of
nearby restaurants. There is a parking garage in the building if you decide to rent a car.
