Hale O Ho'okipa is a luxury 4+ bedroom, 5 bath villa, situated a short 150' walk from the beach. This custom designed villa is a contemporary architectural marriage of Miami and Hawaii sensibilities. Completed in 2005, the villa was a 2006 Grand Award Winner in the Building Industry Association of Hawaii annual awards.

Nearby virtually every area and activity of consequence in Honolulu, Hale O Ho'okipa provides luxurious seclusion within a walled and gated compound, on a private road. Shopping, ent...ertainment and fine dining are all just minutes away.

Perfect for couples traveling together or a family desiring space - the master bedroom, which includes its own mini-bar, and second master bedroom are accessed via separate spiraling staircases joined by the great room. Sleeps up to 10. Another bedroom has a separate entrance from the outside. The guest house is set separately from the main home and includes its own full kitchen, small living area and loft with a queen bed. The interior bath has a sunken whirlpool tub; outside is a shower and 17' heated whirlpool spa.

The villa has two complete kitchens and an outdoor gas fired barbecue. The kitchen in the main house has both SubZero refrigerators and wine coolers, Wolf cook top with grill and griddle, double Wolf ovens, microwave, commercial ice maker, and commercial dishwasher (600 dishes per hour).

Included is a security system and high end media room, outdoor gas fired BBQ, and 65K gallon solar heated swimming pool (Gas heat available during cooler winter months at additional daily charge).

Classically trained French chef, daily maid service & spa/massage treatments available at cost; availability is subject to individual vendor, and should be reserved well in advance of arrival.

  The home was magnificent! For our family, three kids over the age of 18 it was perfect. The house was stocked with every imaginable utensil available and there was never a shortage of towels. The pool was a dream and used often. The kitchen was beyond words. Really appreciated having a written history about the home as well. True pride of ownership was displayed. The location was really handy for Waikiki and for touring the island. I would highly recommend this home for a group of couples or a family with older children that want space and privacy. - Vera A., Alberta, Canada

  Firstly outdoor area was fantastic. Bedrooms within the main house were fantastic as well. Pool area was very good. These are the positives.\nThe following are the negatives: The air conditioning noise was unbelievable! It kept many of us awake at night! The main gripe we have is the information that the house has four bedrooms\' it does not! It has 3 bedrooms in the main house and a maids section completely separate from the main house.

  Beautiful house - the pool was huge, a big hit with the kids. Nice that all the bedrooms had a/c, and the media room was pretty cool too! wish the hot tub was in the main pool area though, and not tucked behind the guest house, it wasn\'t convenient at all. Location was nice, very central to all the activities we wanted to do. Cockroaches in the garage were surprising, but we only had to deal with one in the house. Overall we really enjoyed the house!
