The Jabiru is Belize's large, beautiful, and rare bird. Our Jabiru nest is also large, beautiful, and rare. Just completed in February 2013 this 10,000 square foot 6 bed mansion is perfect for a couples get away, destination wedding, or family vacation.

We are located on a 12-mile stretch of beautiful beach near the village of Hopkins, Belize from which you can explore more reef and more inland attractions than any other place in Belize. The majestic barrier reef is only 7 miles off shore to offer diving, snorkeling and deep water fishing. The Mayan mountains and rain forest with all its adventure tours is only 7 miles away inland. The...re is no better place in Belize to experience the culture and access more of the country from one location!

This first floor beach walk out level offers 3 full bathrooms with showers,and 3 queen beds. In the very large living room there is a queen fold down Murphy bed, large sofa and love seat and seating for 6 at the dining bar. There are 2 full kitchens on the 1st floor with microwave, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and reverse osmosis water system. You walk directly out to your own private beach directly on the Caribbean ocean. Swing on one of our comfortable hammocks or tan in one of our beach loungers.

The second floor has 2 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, complete kitchen furnished in mahogany and marble with ice maker, microwave, fridge, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stove and reverse osmosis drinking water system. The huge living room has full size sofa, love seat, chair and seating for 6 at the dining bar. The huge walk out balcony over looks the ocean and is suitable for all 10 guests to enjoy happy hour sunsets.

The 3rd floor penthouse has a king memory foam bed, full dual sink bath, microwave, reverse osmosis drinking water system and mini fridge. The large deck with chairs and hammock look directly out to your private beach on the ocean

The entire house is finished in imported marble and granite. The wood furnishings are all locally made with native mahogany. All beds have memory foam mattress'. Each room is individually air condition controlled. We also have laundry service and a golf cart available for rent. In addition our private chef can create a gourmet meal for you upon request. We also have a fantastic local masseuse that can come to the house for an on beach massage of your choice. Baby sitting and nanny service is also available.

We can provide tours for you to all the local destinations. Some of the more popular tours include scuba, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, reef fishing, fly fishing, water fall hikes, zip line adventures, jaguar preserve, wildlife sanctuary, blue hole national park, birding, kayaking, and Mayan temple tours. We will gladly arrange all your tours at a very reasonable price. We can also arrange ground transportation to the Jabiru nest from either Belize city or Dangriga airports.

We are situated in Sittee point just south of the Garifuna village of Hopkins. We have 24/7 security guards in a gated community. The beach is completely private. WiFi is available in the house, however Belize internet is not as fast as in other parts of the world, so please be patient. We also do not have cable TV.

  what a a special place. We stayed 5 nights while construction was being completed. It is brand new, clean and spacious. We rented the penthouse only and the owners gave us a reduced rate. The beach is very private. There is seaweed but that's what the manatees eat so it was no problem. The house is about 2miles from the center of town so we rented the golf cart to get to restaurants and shopping. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!
