Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this ground floor apartment is close to the seafront in Hornsea, a pretty town on Yorkshire’s coast. Bay View Apartment is a ground floor apartment in Hornsea, a few minutes’ walk from the seafront. There is a king-size double room and a room with bunks. There is also a shower room, a small fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is a front lawned area and patio with furniture, as well as off road parking for one car. Close to the town amenities and within easy touring distance of York, Hull and the Moors, Bay View Apartment makes a cosy year-round retreat.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Often stay in Hornsea and this was one of the best places we have stayed. There was more than enough room for our family of four (2xadults, 2x teens) and the owner was very accomodating in agreeing to us taking our 2 dogs. Even the weather was better than acceptable and we are sure the appartment would be wonderfully cosy for those not so lucky.
The appartment was clean and well appointed, though not at all 'scarily' perfect. The owners were super friendly and gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and made sure we were completely comfortable and at ease.
We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

This ground floor accomodation was extremelly comfortable and clean. Great position for the Beach and Prom. The greeting with the owner was warm and friendly. The welcome pack exceeded Yorkshire hospitality and was much appreciated. Ideal for the 2 of us & the dog on the Bank Holiday weekend. Enjoyed it & would recommend it.
