The property is very clean and the quality of the bed and linen and everything in the flat is very good.
The flat is very nicely serviced and the landlady is very kind and very efficient.
The flat is very nicely located and is a 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
Horsham is a delightful place to stay albeit for a short period.
We felt at home.

The appartment at Greenacres provided everything we needed for our 7 week stay whilst our kitchen was being refurbished. The flat was clean, well appointed and quickly became our home! Adequate parking and within walking distance through the park to Horsham. A quiet and safe location for a single or two people sharing. I highly recommend it and would use it again if necessary.

My husband and I (from New Zealand) were visiting family in Horsham and needed somewhere close by to stay. Our son found a one bedroom apartment near his home (on Comptons Lane) through the internet and it proved to be just right for us. Close to local shops and just a short distance to the town centre. There was parking outside for our hire car. Jane was always at the end of the telephone and any problems (a leaking tap in the kitchen & reluctant shower control) were sorted out almost right away. We had no complaints and would use this accommodation again. Lynn & Peter

Our stay in Horsham was wonderful because the apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again and use it as a home base into London and throughout the southern coast.

We have stayed here three times and enjoyed every one. Jane really understands what self catering means and provides all the right facilities. Horsham is really well located for trips up to London, down to Brighton and the South of England.

We stayed in this accomadation for 4 months from June to October 2011 and were very happy here. We had a 1 month old baby so space was always going to be tight for us in a one bedroom flat, but there was lots of storage space and it was a nice bright property in a nice friendly neighborhood.
The landlady is very very helpful and flexible and always trys to make you feel at home.
I was using the property to commute into Heathrow and I was able to do this by using the a24 up to the M25.
We really enjoyed living here and would have no hesitation returning to this or any other of Janes properties. We left feeling glad we had chose to stay here. -

Very nicely decorated flat, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and rooms. Great location for walking to town and station.
Only thing that could have been improved upon was having black out curtains in the larger bedroom. -

I stayed here for 5 months whilst I was involved in a business project having stayed in hotels for a couple of months beforehand.
The flat is in a great and quiet location in a very nice town. The landlord was very welcoming and accomodating ensuring that the apartmtent was regularly cleaned and tidied and was always helpfull if I needed any additional help.
A very comfortable stay, which acted as a home from home for 5 months and it made my work commitments away from home more tolerable.

It was clean,spacious,comfortable,sunny,and well-equipped; easy walking distance from a grocery store,restaurant and pub, and a lovely longer walk through the park to the town centre. Jane was very helpful,going the extra mile to provide us with information and service when requested, yet respectful of our privacy.

I unexpectedly required a short term let in the Horsham area. Jane was extremely helpful in offering a solution, arranging an airport pickup, and providing some groceries for my arrival. The apartment itself was pristine. When I managed to lock myself out Jane came to my rescue as soon as she got the message. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moonsgate. The flat was very clean and had all the essentials for our family (with young children). It's a great location, just walking distance into Horsham town and close to bus links. It's definitely a very high standard of accomodation and the decor is very pleasant. The best part of our experience was the welcoming response of the landlady. The landlady was always making us comfortable, very flexible and supportive with any requests. Highly recommend Gatwick Country Lettings!

This was a very comfy cozy place for a weekend getaway. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The big windows brings in lots of sunshine and fresh air. The only thing i did not like about it was the location. There was lot of traffic and pedestrian noise. But overall it was great.

Thank you for your very positive feedback on our newest 2 bed property.
I think the reason this one seemed noisier is that although not on a main road it is used as a cut through to the station (1/2 mile distance).
The noise tends to be confined to peak travel times and whilst in the summer one tends to have the windows open, at other times the double glazing does provide an effective barrier.
The other properties we have (all 1 bed) are situated in somewhat quieter locations, as you know from the other one you have stayed in.
We very much appreciate your continued custom. -

Great little one bedroom apartment/flat. The host is most welcoming and will set you up nicely.
I stayed with my girlfriend for almost a week - everything was provided for us. Washing machine and internet always a plus. One parking spot too.
About a 10 min walk to Horsham central. Recommended! -

We enjoyed a one week stay in the apartment in Horsham. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jane, as she oriented us to the community and the flat. Everything was very clean and all the equipment we needed was there.
The location is great (even when travelling without car as we were) easy walking distance to the town centre and the rail station. Horsham is a pleasant town and served as a great base from which to tour southern England. Travel to London is very efficient, even if you want to attend evening theatre! As an aside to fellow Canadians, buying a BritRail Pass, makes this totally 'painless'! We would certainly recommend Gatwick Lettings to any travellers. Jane was most helpful and accessable during our planning time, arrival and stay. It was a great experience and it is was kind of fun to feel like one of the locals. -

Lovely refurbished place to stay with the partner.
The flat is very close to HH which is great to go for dinner,..
The kitchen is good equipet and the living room is nice, with a great (for my opinion very typical) couch Wlan and a TV.
Also Bathroom and Bedroom are really nice.
The Bed is reasonable in size, which means its great if its not too long ago since you fell in love with your partner...but its not small either (120cm).
Bahroom: hot cold handles like in the oldern times...and than the only thing you could possibly be unhappy with: The shower won´t hold its temperature...its more like in Wellness Oases...its a warm/cold Mix...very healthy.
Seriously: The shower is not as bad as may think now.
I really liked that place and I was staying there for one month!!
Would recommend it to couples or singles. -

Title says it all! Would definitely stay again. Excellent location for town, quiet neighbourhood, lovely layout of flat, (as lobby way was excellent for pushchair) ample cupboard space, fully equipped. Love the iron! (cant get it here indubai unfortunately). The owner very friendly and helpful and very accomadating when we had tocheck in aday earlier. Need the owner now to investin anotherplace with 2bedrooms for our next trip in Horsham please!

the service was first class.we had a small problem with the cooker as no instructions owner was very helpful and sorted out the instructions,
the home was wonderful clean and every thing you could want.
the location superb small co-op walking distance ,towm amd park walking distance.main station close with regular trains to other areas,

Flat was clean, comfortable and very well equipped (kitchen had array of equipment, as well as tea/ coffee/ washing up liquid, etc). Was great for our 3 night stay, though may have got tiresome for a week with 4 of us. Apart from a wee hiccup over check-in, seamless holiday. Owner most helpful and friendly.

Place is near Horsham Town Center. Convenient to have shopping at Swan Walk. The size is enogh for 2 people keeping excellently clean and tidy.
The BEST thing is that even I do not know Horsham very well, even I'm not good English speaker, the owner of this house is really kind that whenever I asked she helped me a lot.

Excellent service. The property was spotlessly clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Furnishings were also of a good standard with TV, DVD player (incl a few dvds) and Broadband. Within easy walking distance from town centre and railway station. Mrs Stennett was extremely helpful.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks whilst working at the theatre in Horsham over Christmas. It was perfectly located for the theatre, the town centre and the train station and although we had a car (having driven from Spain), a car is not needed.
The apartment is very modern and extremely warm, with all facilities, even everything you need for cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The place is spotlessly clean and it certainly helped us (being so busy with work) that Jane comes by once a week to clean and change the linen - a great service, and included in the rental price.
The added extras of free Wi-Fi access and on site telephone made communication very easy with friends and family over Christmas.
Jane is very amenable and quick to respond to every request or problem (which were few).
We were so impressed that we have booked again already for this Christmas.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our three year old daughter. We were very impressed with the apartment, from the decor to the cleanliness. The landlady had thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay down to board games and DVDs. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of linen and towels. The location was excellent as it was very close to the town centre and to the train station. It was in a very quiet cul de sac which we liked a lot. We would have liked a second bedroom for our daughter rather than sharing a room, but other than that we couldn't ask for more and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I arranged accomodation for an employee working in the XCrawley/Horsham area and booked the accomodation for that employee. The arrangement was very successful as it was easy to arrange, the employee was properly welcomed and shown round the accomodation by Mrs Stennett and throughout her stay the accomodation was mainatained in a clean condition. When a bird flew into a window and broke the galss, it wass repaired without incident or complaint which allowed then empployee to return to her duties withnout any disruption.
All in all a very satisfactory arrangement - thank you Mrs Stennett -

The apartment was beautifully yet simply furnished with good attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and included all necessary appliances.
We were met by Mrs. Stennett who showed us around and explained how to work the tv and audio equipment etc.
There was a parking space right in front of the apartment and Horsham town centre was only a 10 min walk away. We had a very pleasant stay and would give it a very high recommendation. -

We stayed here for one week. Jane met us at the apartment and told us to be sure and let her know if she could do anything to make our stay a great experience.
It is located just a 10 minute walk to the city center, and a 15 minute walk to the train station.
It is a very clean and pleasant place to stay and we will be sure to stay here again.
The only thing that we found missing was a coffee pot.
