we have 2 lovely cabins on our property so in case it shows booked on calender there is always the possibility the other one is open!!!Being located in the City of Hot Springs, this custom log home offers seclusion from the town and majestic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This spacious cabin sleeps eight comfortably or a party of two can just use the main living area which has a private bedroom. There is a large covered front & side porch which has a hot tub to enjoy and the cabin is a short trail walk away to private steps down to Spring Creek. we have 2 lovely cabins on the property!!!Hot Springs is a secluded rural mountain town located in northwest Madison County approximately 30 minutes from Marshall and an hour from Asheville. Sitting on the French Broad River and bold Spring Creek, tucked in the side of a mountain and known for its therapeutic hot mineral springs, Hot Springs is the perfect quiet getaway. It is a widely popular outdoor recreation area with three seasons of: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, or fishing. The river invites whitewater rafting, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, or just kicking back with a good book to watch the waters roll by. In the winter skiing and snow boarding are found nearby.
Sit back and imagine: the French Broad River (one of the oldest rivers in the world), the Appalachian Trail transverses the middle of town, you are in a valley surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pisgah National Forest, the only hot mineral springs in North Carolina right there, and a town filled with very friendly people – what could be a more ideal setting?

thank you for your interest in our cabins.we book 2 weeks in advance when we get into our busy season-may thru november.we take our bookings on a first come first served basis,our prices reflect for the first 4 guests,we are on main road in hotsprings,but well off road for your enjoyment and peace and quiet.we have a spectacular mountain views and a creek at the bottom of our property for fishing or swimming,our cabins sleep 8,with full kitchens and hot tubs,and a great wrap around porch with rockers for relaxation and a patio set if you wish to have your coffee or eat outside,their are also barbecue grills in each cabin for your cookouts with the family,come stay with us and kick your shoes off for awhile!!!!

This appeared to be the perfect place for our upcoming getaway. I cannot speak to the actual accommodations however as two emails went unanswered. When I attempted to call (three times) the phone was not answered, merely rang 3-4 times then disconnected without the option of leaving a message. These attempts at contact went on over two and a days. Since my first email mentioned this was a birthday trip for my partner, I am forced to believe the owners did not want to rent to us based on our sexual orientation and family status- which is not only bigoted (and foolish, so close to asheville) but illegal.

Sorry to take so long for this review but I forgot about it and my wife reminded me. First of
all the owner is out of this world. We lost the well on a Saturday nighr and he had a crew om site at first light on a Sunday and I helped pull the pump.The new road up there and hot tubs are the best value in the Hot Springs area. my 12 gandkids had a blast fishing in the river. this is a nice place to go. Will be back this June with the family again. -

We stayed in one of the rentals at Tranquility Ridge and really enjoyed ourselves. The newly added hot tub was enjoyed by friends who visited and ourselves! The town of Hot Springs is delightful.
