Unique, hand-built cabins with private hot tubs located in beautiful Hot Springs, NC. We are a short drive from the Asheville, and we are surrounded by national forest! Check out the Appalachian Trail and all of the gorgeous surrounding rivers, creeks, and waterfalls during your visit. Looking for even more excitement? We have some of the best whitewater in the south, and we will gladly help you secure rafting or tubing trips. Still want more? Check out the incredible fly fishing within 20 minutes of your cabin.

We make every effort to rebook cabins.

My husband and I spent a week driving from Florida to North Carolina with many waterfall hikes along the way. We read about Hot Springs (only an hour north of asheville) and then checked Tripadvisor for places to stay. We found the beautiful Treehouse Cabins operated by Larry and angel. To begin with, the location was secluded and surrounded by forest with the most amazing views of the snow capped Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabin was very spacious (for one room) with a fireplace and heating system that kept us warm and cozy. The cabins were hand constructed by the owner and made of polished light wood, nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very romantic. Our favorite part of the experience was watching the snow fall while keeping toasty on the porch in the hot tub, which was spotless. We got up early the next morning, went for an hour hike around the cabin and found a path down to a flowing river, followed by more time in the hot tub watching the snow fall, again. It was so hard to leave the Treehouse Cabins because it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've ever had. In the morning Larry came to meet us to be sure that all went well. We could not thank him enough for providing such unique and welcoming accomodations. We will certainly return on our next trip to North Carolina.

My wife and I were married at Tree House cabins in Feb. 2012. We have stayed many times and can't wait until we can return. We have stayed in all four cabins and each is special in it's own way. All the cabins are clean and well stocked, Larry and angel are wonderful and if you need anything they are a phone call away. I can't think of anywhere else I would want to be. Hot Springs is a wonderful Town and the people are great, Tree House cabins is the perfect place to recharge and relax. Larry Thank you for building these cabins can't wait to return. Treehouse Cabins are a great little secret! Tucked away on the side of a mountain, these little cabins are the perfect getaway. I knew I would love my stay simply by seeing them as I drove up the road alongside them... their views of the valley and surrounding mountains, their tidy little porches and all the hand-crafted wood make Treehouse a wonderful Hot Springs experience. The only things I would have preferred would have been to have a working DVD/CD player and to have a wood-burning fireplace (but I understand why it is gas-burning - I would protect these beautiful cabins, too!). Thanks, Larry, for facilitating this great weekend!
