The Farr Shores complex is off the beaten path. It takes about 10 minutes to get anywhere in the Hot Springs area you want to go though. The rental is clean, if not a little tired and dated. I didn't care for the bed the mattress was hard, but my husband slept great. Oh, and take your own frying pan, theirs has had it! But if you will walk out onto the patio, you can forget all that. This area is beautiful! You are on the water, maybe 20 steps. There is a nice pool, some folks were swimming right off the boardwalk. The grounds are nice and made for walking. We walked all through the neighborhood. I think if you want something lower priced, on the water and clean - this is it!
