Description from the manager
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking Lake Hamilton. This condo has a king bed in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo is parking lot level (no steps) and sits next to the swimming pool with a good view of the lake. Does not sit right on the water. Has a tv, dvd and no grill is provided at this condo. Can sleep up to 6 people. All of our properties are Non-Smoking and Do Not Accept Pets. Please ask the front desk where you can park your boat trailers. ***NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED***

It was OK - but not great - barely good
Left on 02/18/2013 for a stay in February 2013
When we checked it, the process was easy and friendly. The condo was clean however, unlike advertised, it did not have a DVD player. When I called the management company they said "sorry" my kids were very upset because they brought Dvd's. Also, the stove in the kitchen - only one burner consistently worked. the others were "hit and miss" when I told the managment company they were nice about it, but it didn't get fixed.
All together - we would stay with the managment company again - but maybe just not this unit.
