There is no place available on Lake Hamilton like Fantasy Island.(2.25) acres, over 1100' of shore line. Located @ 136 Northshore Terrace, Hot Springs, Ar. 71913..Its all yours when you're our guest.A view everywhere you look of lake and mountains. Rent our part barge @$ 250..all day,even take it for a 'moon lite cruise'.2- paddle boats,(lots of fun),no charge. Canoe rental @ $ 50. all day. A great sandlot volley ball court,horse shoes. Fire pit on the peninsula/island ,cook ribs, beans, corn on the cobb, tikie lamps for atmosphere.Catch catfish off your dock. 136 Northshore Terrace, Hot Springs, Ar. 71913. Very private, quite, dead end st., close to just about everything. A view everywhere you look. Fishing is great right off the dock. Bring yo yos, use blood bait, fish 12'' off bottom.

My Husband and I and his brother, wife and 2 children stayed at Bob's "Fantasy Island" recently and had an absolute blast. The house is very cozy and the location on the water was perfect. We fished, rode motorcycles, visited Magic Springs water park and rented Bob's party barge for a day of cruising the lake. We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the hospitality.

The previous reviews do not lie. This was awesome. Bob was a great host. He could not made it any more comfortable for us than he did. I traveled with 5 adults and 1 Teenager and could not have asked for a better vacation spot. This was our first vacation in 10 years and we will definetly be returning (hopefully sooner than 10 years). Absolutley the best spot on the lake. Quiet, secluded, fun. Loved the pattle boats...they were . The island "campfire" was a night to remember.
Will keep going back for years to come.

We couldnt have had a better time. Bob was the greatest host. The house was very nice, no complaints at all. Views excellent, girls loved the paddel boat, and being able to bring our pet was fantastic.

We stayed at Fantasy Island in april, 2011 for a weekend. I always expect that the pictures portray a place far better than it actually is. Not the case. The pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful water views, great neighborhood, and great hospitality by owner!
We were a party of 6 adults and one child and it was unanimous after the weekend was over - we won't stay anywhere else when we visit Hot Springs! -

Bob, thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy Fantasy Island! Your place has everything a group could ask for, including the party barge!! It was very convenient, and the price was unbeatable! My dog Doak loved the water and we loved being able to bring him. We will be back to stay, hopefully in the near future!!!
